摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes a base including a fixed contact piece and a movable contact piece. The movable contact piece includes a movable contact point that is moved to contact and be separated from the fixed contact piece at a fixed contact point by driving the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece includes a terminal portion held in the base and partially protruding from the base, a first contact piece portion connected to the terminal portion and protruding from the base at a different position from the terminal portion, a bent portion connected to the first contact piece portion and changing a protruding direction gradually, and a second contact piece portion connected to the bent portion, extending in a different direction from a base portion, and provided with the movable contact point.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay is structured such that a base includes a movable contact piece and a fixed contact piece. A movable contact point included in the movable contact piece is connected to and disconnected from a fixed contact point included in the fixed contact piece by operating the movable contact piece via a card. At least any one of the base and the card includes a guide portion for guiding the card in a freely reciprocating manner with respect to the base. The card includes a guide protruding portion and a pressing portion for pressing the movable contact piece to elastically deform the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece includes a guide portion in a side portion of the movable contact point. The guide portion includes a guide hole into which the guide protruding portion is inserted, a pressure receiving portion positioned at an opposite side to the movable contact point with respect to the guide hole and pressed by the pressing portion, and a reinforcing portion for preventing plastic deformation at a time of being pressed by the pressing portion. The guide hole maintains a non-contact state of the card during the reciprocating motion.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay is formed by winding a coil around an iron core via a spool, and is structured such that a movable contact piece is driven to open and close a contact point by magnetizing and demagnetizing an electromagnet block arranged in a base, causing a movable iron piece to be attracted and repelled to and from a magnetic pole portion of the iron core to rotate the movable iron piece, and causing a card to reciprocate. The card is guided by the base in a freely reciprocating manner, and includes a runout portion in which one collar portion of the spool of the electromagnet block arranged in the base is movable and a guide portion for holding one end portion of the movable iron piece. The spool includes a cylindrical trunk portion around which the coil is wound and collar portions formed respectively on both ends of the trunk portion, one of the collar portions including a step portion for avoiding interference with an adjacent position to the runout portion of the guide portion when the card reciprocates.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay is structured such that a base includes a movable contact piece and a fixed contact piece. A movable contact point included in the movable contact piece is connected to and disconnected from a fixed contact point included in the fixed contact piece by operating the movable contact piece via a card. At least any one of the base and the card includes a guide portion for guiding the card in a freely reciprocating manner with respect to the base. The card includes a guide protruding portion and a pressing portion for pressing the movable contact piece to elastically deform the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece includes a guide portion in a side portion of the movable contact point. The guide portion includes a guide hole into which the guide protruding portion is inserted, a pressure receiving portion positioned at an opposite side to the movable contact point with respect to the guide hole and pressed by the pressing portion, and a reinforcing portion for preventing plastic deformation at a time of being pressed by the pressing portion. The guide hole maintains a non-contact state of the card during the reciprocating motion.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay capable of smoothly rotating a movable iron member by eliminating the effect of foreign matters produced on the contact surface of the movable iron piece on a core even if the drive voltage of an electromagnetic block is small. The attracting surface (12) of the movable iron piece (11) is attracted to and separated from the magnetic pole surface (8b) of the core (5) by magnetizing and demagnetizing the electromagnetic block (2) formed by wrapping a coil (7) around the core (5) to open and close a contact by driving a contact block (3). A foreign matter turnout part (13) is formed at at least either of the attraction face (12) of the movable iron piece (11) and the magnetic pole surface (8b) of the core (17).

The first end portion serves as a magnetic pole portion, and a second end portion of the iron core is caulk-fixed to a vertical portion of a yoke having a generally L-shape in cross section. The electromagnetic relay also includes a movable iron piece rotated based on excitation and non-excitation of the electromagnetic block and a card for driving a contact mechanism portion by making a reciprocating movement through the movable iron piece. A shallow groove along an outer peripheral surface of the wound coil is formed in an upper surface of a horizontal portion of the yoke along a lengthwise direction.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnetic block formed by winding a coil around an iron core and a frame shaped card. One end portion of the frame-shaped card is engaged with a movable iron piece that is rotated by being attracted to and separated from a magnetic pole portion of the iron core based on excitation and non-excitation of the electromagnetic block. The electromagnetic relay also includes a contact mechanism portion configured to be driven by the other end portion of the frame-shaped card that makes a reciprocating movement so as to open/close contacts and a pair of protrusions protrusively provided on the same shaft center inside of the one end portion of the frame-shaped card. Both side edge portions of the movable iron piece are held by the one end portion of the card and the protrusions. An adjustment opening is provided between the pair of protrusions.

摘要: In order to provide an electromagnetic relay in which mold manufacturing and assembling work are easy, the electromagnetic relay comprises: a base 10; an electromagnetic block 20 mounted on the base 10, in which one end portion of an iron core 30 around which a coil 21 is wound serves as a magnetic pole portion 31, and the other end portion 32 is caulk-fixed to an L-shaped yoke 40; a movable iron piece 50 rotatably supported on the yoke 40 through an L-shaped hinge spring 60, whose horizontal portion 61 is inserted between an upper surface of the base 10 and a bottom surface of the yoke 40, and facing the magnetic pole portion 31 of the iron core 30 so as to be able to be contacted with and separated from the magnetic pole portion 31 of the iron core 30; and a card 80 making a reciprocating movement based on rotation of the movable iron piece 50; and a contact mechanism portion 70 formed on the base 10 and driven by the card 80. Positioning ribs 62 formed by respectively cutting and raising both side edge portions of the horizontal portion 61 of the hinge spring 60 are each provided with an elastic pawl portion 62a locked to the spool 22 so as to prevent the hinge spring 60 from coming off.
