    Abstract: One exemplary embodiment is directed to a method for deep space communication. The method comprises generating a first packet, assigning a first priority level to the first packet, and selecting at least one communication link from a plurality of communication links for transmission of the first packet. Selecting is a function of a rule specifying which one or more communication links a packet of the first priority level is to be transmitted over. The method also includes transmitting the first packet over the at least one communication link.

    Abstract: A wireless device may receive one or more configuration parameters for a cell. The one or more configuration parameters may indicate a periodic resource configuration. The periodic resource configuration may be activatable by predetermined values of: a hybrid automatic repeat request process identifier (HARQ ID) field of a first downlink control information (DCI) format; and a redundancy version (RV) field of the first DCI format. The wireless device may receive a DCI based on a second DCI format without the HARQ ID field and/or the RV field. The wireless device may activate the periodic resource configuration based on: a size of the HARQ ID field of the DCI and/or the RV field of the DCI being zero; and the periodic resource configuration being in an inactive state.

    Abstract: A wireless device transmits, one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages indicating assistance information for a sidelink operation. The assistance information indicates: an identifier indicating a logical channel associated with a sidelink traffic; and one or more periodicities associated with the logical channel. In response to the assistance information, one or more second RRC messages indicating one or more configured grant configurations determined based on the one or more of periodicities of the logical channel is received. The wireless device triggers, a transmission of a buffer status report in response to sidelink data of the logical channel becoming available. A scheduling request (SR) is transmitted. In response to the SR: the transmission of the buffer status report is cancelled; and one or more activation commands indicating activation of the one or more configured grant configurations is received.

    Abstract: A first wireless device may receive from a second wireless device, one or more configuration messages indicating: a radio link monitoring window of a sidelink between the first wireless device and the second wireless device; and a radio link monitoring reference signal configuration of the sidelink. Based on the radio link monitoring reference signal configuration, a determination of a physical sidelink control channel block error rate (BLER) over the radio link monitoring window may be made.
