    摘要: An charge pump architecture capable of generating ultra high DC voltages but implemented in low voltage CMOS technology uses a cascade of NMOS stages with the bulk terminal of the latter stages biased to a voltage just below the reverse breakdown of the parasitic bulk diode. The bias voltage is tapped from a lower voltage point within the charge pump. The upper limit of the output voltage is then increased to the maximum allowable oxide voltage plus the parasitic diode reverse bias breakdown voltage.

    摘要: Disclosed is a common mode feedback circuit for a differential amplifier that eliminates the effects of low frequency noise. A modulator is placed in a common mode feedback loop that modulates the feedback loop signal at a predetermined frequency to up-convert the low frequency noise. The predetermined frequency may be selected to be above the operating range of the downstream circuitry. In addition, a low pass filter can be used to eliminate the up-converted noise.

For example, an apparatus includes a voltage regulator circuit and a start-up circuit operatively coupled to the voltage regulator circuit. The start-up circuit is configured to provide a current signal, during a start-up period, that generates a reference voltage at a reference input of the voltage regulator circuit such that the reference voltage ramps up at a rate substantially equal to a ramp-up rate of a supply voltage coupled to the start-up circuit and the voltage regulator circuit.

The load current tracking zero circuit senses the DC component of the current flowing through the pass transistor of the low dropout regulator and uses the pass transistor current signal to control a multiplicative factor. The multiplicative factor multiplies the AC variations in the output voltage to generate the zero current.
