    Abstract: A peer-to-peer (P2P) network for providing real time media recommendations is provided. The media recommendations may be song recommendations or video recommendations. Each time a media presentation is played by a peer device, the peer device provides a recommendation identifying the media presentation to other peer devices in the P2P network. A peer device having received recommendations from the other peer devices in the P2P network then programmatically, or automatically, selects a next media presentation to play from the media presentations recently played by the other peer devices and one or more locally stored media presentations. If the selected media presentation is not stored locally by the peer device, the peer device may obtain the selected media presentation from a subscription based service enabling streaming or download of the selected media presentation, an e-commerce service enabling purchase and download of the selected media presentation, or another peer device.

    Abstract: A metering and mixing mechanism including a housing secured to a location associated with a first fluid holding container. A volume of a second fluid is held within a reservoir incorporated into the housing. A first piston assembly is selectively communicated with the interior volume of fluid held in the container, whereas a second piston assembly communicates with a second volume reservoir internally held within the housing. The first and second piston assemblies are cooperatively actuated to withdraw metered volumes of the first and second fluids, e.g. gas and oil, and to admix said fluids into a common mixing chamber associated with the housing for distribution through an exit spout extending therefrom.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method, system, and program product for indicating a state of a value of an application. Specifically, under the present invention a graphical state indicator is displayed for a property (e.g., background screen color) of an application. The graphical state indicator will indicate a “state” of a value of the property. That is, the graphical state indicator will indicate whether the value is a user-defined value, or is a default value. Under the present invention, a graphical state indicator can be provided for any property of the application. As such, multiple graphical state indicators may be simultaneously displayed. The present invention can also display a graphical value indicator for indicating the current value (e.g., blue) of the property (e.g., background screen color). This value can be changed based upon an interaction with the graphical value indicator by a user.
