摘要： A capnography appliance module for positive pressure ventilation (PPV) includes an adapter that couples to a port on an NIV mask for sampling the CO2 of a patient. The module includes an elongate support housing sized and configured to be placed through an access port of a PPV mask. The module also includes a capnometry sampling line positioned within the support housing and having a sampling inlet for sampling oral gases from within a PPV mask. The appliance module allows clinicians to sample CO2 through the NIV mask without disrupting the therapeutic pressure.
