    摘要: A valve for metering a fluid, which is used in particular as a fuel injector for internal combustion engines, includes an electromagnetic actuator and a valve needle, which is actuatable by the actuator, and is used for actuating a valve closing body, which interacts with a valve seat surface to form a seal seat. An armature of the actuator has a through hole, through which the valve needle extends. The armature is guided on the valve needle movably and with clearance. Furthermore, a stop surface which is fixed in place with respect to the valve needle is provided, on which the armature strikes with its end face in conjunction with an actuation. During an axial alignment of the armature with respect to the valve needle, an angle offset is predefined between the stop surface and the end face of the armature.

    摘要: A valve for metering fluid has an electromagnet for actuating a valve needle controlling a metering opening. The electromagnet generates, upon current flow, a magnetic flux that proceeds via an outer pole, a hollow-cylindrical inner pole, an armature displaceable on an armature guidance region embodied on the valve needle, and a working air gap delimited by the armature and inner pole. Disposed fixedly on the valve needle is an entraining element that penetrates axially displaceably into an entraining element guidance region embodied in the inner pole and has a radial stop shoulder for the armature which delimits a take-up travel or pre-stroke travel. The entraining element is extended into an additional inner pole having a pole surface formed by the stop shoulder, and is embodied magnetically conductively and a magnetic flux between the armature and valve needle is suppressed by way of a magnetically nonconductive material.

The stop element includes at least one elastically deformable part and one stop piece, the elastically deformable part being shaped as a sleeve, and the stop element being configured so that the armature, upon the limitation of the relative motion between the armature and the valve needle, initially contacts the elastically deformable part and impacts the stop piece after a corresponding elastic deformation of the elastically deformable part.

    摘要: A fuel injector including an especially precisely aligned valve needle. The fuel injector includes an excitable actuator for actuating a valve closure element, which forms a sealing seat together with a valve seat surface formed on the valve seat body, and has injection orifices, which are developed downstream from the valve seat surface. The valve closure element is spherical and, as a part of a valve needle which is axially movable along a valve longitudinal axis, is fixedly connected to a pin-shaped solid valve needle shaft. A contact region of the valve needle shaft and the valve closure element is situated radially outside the valve longitudinal axis and surrounds it in the form of a ring. The fuel injector is particularly suitable for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine having externally supplied ignition.

An armature of the actuator includes a through opening through which the valve needle extends. An annular gap is formed between an inner wall of a housing part and an outer side of the armature. A movable damping element that may have a partial ring shape is situated on the annular gap. The movable damping element is actuatable by a magnetic field that is generated by the actuator. The dynamics of the armature may thus be advantageously influenced in order to in particular reduce an armature bounce.

The armature has at least one fluid channel, which, during operation, allows fluid to pass through between first and second regions of the armature space at the first and second end faces, respectively, of the armature. The fluid channel incorporates at least part of the spring receptacle. Sections of the fluid channel run radially outwards along a direction oriented from the first to the second end face and coaxial to a longitudinal axis.

An armature of the electromagnetic actuator is movable along a longitudinal axis of a valve needle, the movement of the armature relative to the valve needle being limited by a stop surface on the valve needle. The armature has a passage channel. The stop surface is on a stop element. The stop element and the armature are such that during operation there always remains an intermediate space, adjoining the valve needle, between the stop element and an end face of the armature facing the stop element. The stop surface lies, in a contact region, on the end surface of the armature facing the stop element when the armature and the stop surface come into contact during operation, the contact region being situated between the intermediate space and an opening of the passage channel when the armature and the stop surface come into contact.
