    Abstract: Disclosed are methods, devices, systems, apparatus, servers, media, and other implementations, including a method, performed at a first wireless device, for secure range determination that includes transmitting a first signed message at a first time instance, with the first signed message, including a first payload, configured to be received by a second wireless device at a second time instance, and receiving at a fourth time instance a verifiable acknowledgement message transmitted from the second wireless device at a third time instance in response to the first signed message. The method further includes verifying that the verifiable acknowledgement message originated from the second wireless device, and, responsive to a verification that the verifiable acknowledgement message originated from the second wireless device, transmitting a second signed message including a second payload with at least timing information for the first time instance and the fourth time instance.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) systems that support positioning of ESL devices. In a first aspect, a method includes: transmitting, to each ESL device in a group of ESL devices deployed within an environment via a wireless network associated with the environment, a command to emit one or more flashes of light over a flash interval associated with the group; receiving, from a mobile device via the wireless network, visual data collected for the group by a camera during the flash interval; detecting, within the visual data, the one or more flashes emitted by each ESL device in the group over the flash interval; and determining a location within the environment of each ESL device in the group based on the one or more flashes emitted by each ESL device in the visual data. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may receive at least one signal from a second wireless device, the at least one signal including one or more of RTP information or inertial sensor information. The apparatus may determine at least one AoA measurement and at least one RTP measurement associated with the at least one signal received from the second wireless device. The apparatus may determine a path of trajectory of the second wireless device based at least in part on the at least one AoA measurement, the at least one RTP measurement, and the inertial sensor information.

    Abstract: A method for handover of a set of wireless devices is described. The method includes receiving, at a first wireless device of the set of wireless devices, data from a first serving device of a set of serving devices. The first wireless device has a primary wireless device role and a second wireless device has a non-primary wireless device role. The method includes determining, at the first wireless device, a handover condition for the set of wireless devices. The set of wireless devices is handed over as a set to a second serving device. The method includes becoming detectable, by the first wireless device. Each of the wireless devices in the set of wireless devices is configured to become detectable in response to the handover condition. The method includes receiving, by the first wireless device, an indication of a selected wireless device of the set of wireless devices.
