    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable medium for wireless communication are provided. In one aspect, an apparatus includes a processor configured to encode user data into a set of data fragments and to transmit each data fragment of the set of data fragments in a plurality of discovery messages. In another aspect, the apparatus includes a processor configured to receive one or more discovery messages, determine whether each of the received one or more discovery messages includes an encoded data fragment of a set of encoded data fragments associated with user data, determine whether a minimum number of encoded data fragments have been received from the received one or more discovery messages to enable reconstruction of the user data, and reconstruct the user data based on the determination of whether the minimum number of encoded data fragments is received.

A human user, such as a pedestrian, cyclist, or driver, may provide a feedback message to a vehicle whose behavior they observe. The feedback message and the recipient may be manually identified by the human user or may be suggested by the system or device. The feedback message may be broadcast and filtered by vehicles within the broadcast radius based on a vehicle identifier. A vehicle that receives the feedback message may discard the feedback message if it applies to another vehicle or may take responsive action if the feedback message applies to the vehicle. For example, the recipient vehicle may display the feedback message, store the feedback message to support related analysis, or relay the feedback message to other vehicles or network devices.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for wireless communication are provided. In one aspect, the apparatus may be a user equipment (UE), base station, or access point. The apparatus broadcasts peer discovery information in a high-level expression data structure that supports multiple discovery technologies from a variety of wireless networks. By using the high-level expression data, the apparatus may use a single, unified discovery application programming interface for signaling the presence of any supplemental cross-technology discovery information as such information became available. In another aspect, the apparatus may be a UE. The apparatus receives the broadcasted high-level expression data in a peer discovery signal and processes the data.
