Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a first network node (e.g., BS, RU, etc.) transmits, to a second network node (e.g., UE, RU, etc.), indicates of precoding matrixes associated with bandwidth region with intervening bandwidth section(s). The second network node generates interpolated precoding matrix(es) associated with the intervening bandwidth section(s) via interpolation. The second network node performs uplink precoding intervening bandwidth section(s) based on the interpolated precoding matrix(es). The first network node receives transmission based on the uplink precoding.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless communication device may receive control signaling that indicates a change in one or more radio frequency thresholds for wireless signaling. The wireless communication device may perform, as part of an in-band clipping procedure, noise repetition and noise shaping to reduce a peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) associated with the wireless signaling. The noise repetition and the noise shaping may include generating a set of values with one or more first values and one or more second values. The one or more first values may be associated with an error margin between a sample of a wireless communication signal and a clipping threshold. The one or more second values may be inversions of the one or more first values. The wireless communication device may apply the set of values to the wireless communication signal to reduce PAPR.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a first wireless device and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the first wireless device communicates a first reference signal with a second wireless device based on a first frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW). The first wireless device further communicates a second reference signal with the second wireless device. The second reference signal is based on a second FMCW and has a second frequency bandwidth. The second frequency bandwidth is smaller than the first frequency bandwidth of the first reference signal, and the second reference signal has a frequency location based on the first reference signal. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless communication device may implement a low-density parity-check (LDPC) code to encode and/or decode bits of a signal. The LDPC code may be defined by a base graph and a lifting scheme. The base graph may include check nodes and variable nodes. The lifting scheme may define a quantity of copies of the base graph used to generate the LDPC code and respective cyclic shifts associated with connected variable nodes and check nodes. The respective cycle shifts may be defined such that one or more cycles associated with a minimum length of the LDPC code are associated with a restriction on second degree variable nodes, nodes associated with least significant bits, or a combination thereof. Additionally, or alternatively, the respective cycle shifts may be defined such that a weighted girth of the LDPC code satisfies a threshold.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure involve multiplexing the transmission of communications signals and sensing signals at the resource element level. A frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signal and plurality of orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) signals may be transmitted within an air interface frame structure having a plurality of resource elements, each resource element defined over a symbol duration in a time domain and a subcarrier in a frequency domain. The FMCW signal occupies a first plurality of resource elements and comprises a FMCW waveform repeated in the time domain and transmitted during a first symbol, over a first plurality of subcarriers of the air interface frame structure. The plurality of OFDM signals occupy a second plurality of resource elements in the air interface frame structure and are transmitted during the first symbol, over a second plurality of subcarriers of the air interface frame structure.

An example method of determining range information using joint communication and sensing includes receiving assistance data for joint communication and sensing operations, wherein the assistance data includes mixed numerology information indicating at least a first subcarrier spacing and a second subcarrier spacing, performing joint communication and sensing operations utilizing the first subcarrier spacing to receive communication symbols and the second subcarrier spacing to receive radio frequency sensing symbols, performing one or more channel stitching operations based on the received radio frequency sensing symbols, and determining range information based at least in part on the one or more channel stitching operations.
