Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a wireless communication device may transmit control information over one or more physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) resources to a peer wireless communication device, wherein the control information includes sidelink positioning reference signal (SL-PRS) configuration information. The wireless communication device may transmit SL-PRS over one or more SL-PRS resources indicated by the SL-PRS configuration information to the peer wireless communication device, wherein, based on the one or more PSCCH resources and the one or more SL-PRS resources scheduled in a sidelink slot, transmission of the control information the one or more PSCCH resources and transmission of the SL-PRS over the one or more SL-PRS resources are separated in a time domain by at least a minimum time gap.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting device may perform a lifting procedure on a base graph including multiple variable nodes and multiple check nodes to obtain a lifted graph. The lifting procedure may include replacing each edge between multiple variable nodes and multiple check nodes of the base graph with a respective identity matrices with respective circular shift values. The base graph may include a punctured variable node which corresponds to each of one or more check nodes of the plurality of check nodes via multiple edges. The transmitting device may encode multiple information nodes and multiple parity nodes according to the lifted graph. The transmitting device may transmit a signal including multiple information bits and multiple parity bits based on encoding the multiple information nodes and the multiple parity nodes.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a configuration, for synchronization of a communication link, of a plurality of component carriers (CCs) and respective priorities associated with the plurality of CCs and may receive a plurality of synchronization signals (SSs) via the plurality of CCs. The UE may synchronize with a timing source associated with a wireless device associated with a first CC of the plurality of CCs, and may transmit SSs via one or more of the plurality of CCs. The UE may select the first CC and may transmit the SSs via the one or more of the plurality of CCs based on the respective priorities associated with the plurality of CCs, respective received signal powers of the SSs, a synchronization source priority of the wireless device, one or more reference carriers, or any combination thereof.
