    摘要: A substrate assembly including a first substrate, a second substrate, a sealant, and a blocking structure is provided. The first substrate has an active area. The sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The sealant assembles the first substrate and the second substrate and separates the first substrate and the second substrate in a cell gap to define a space, wherein the sealant has an injection opening. The blocking structure is disposed on the first substrate and located outside the active area. A distance from the blocking structure to the second substrate is smaller than the cell gap, wherein the blocking structure divides the space into a first area and a second area. The injection opening is merely located inside the first area and the active area is merely located inside the second area.

The sealant is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The active devices are disposed on the first substrate, and each active device is electrically connected with the corresponding scan line and data line. The organic light emitting diode pixel array includes a plurality of organic light emitting diode pixel units, and is disposed on the first substrate. Each organic light emitting diode pixel unit includes a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic light emitting layer. At least one of the scan lines, data lines and the second electrodes transmits a touch driving signal or a touch sensing signal.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a reinforced glass cell including the following steps is provided. First, a mother glass having a plurality of glass cell predetermined regions is provided. A portion of the mother glass disposed on the outer edge of each glass cell predetermined region is removed, so as to form at least one through trench and at least one linking bridge. Herein, the through trench exposes the periphery section of each glass cell predetermined region, and the glass cell predetermined regions are formed as an entire patterned mother glass by the linking bridges. A reinforcing process is performed to the entire patterned mother glass, so that the exposed periphery sections of the glass cell predetermined regions are formed into reinforced sections. The linking bridges are removed so as to separate the glass cell predetermined regions having the reinforced sections to form a plurality of reinforced glass cells.

The driving circuits are corresponding to the edges of the pixels for forming many openings. Each driving circuit includes a first main line and a second main line. The first main line has a first end connected to the active pixel matrix and a second end connected to the first substrate. The second main line is connected to the second end of the first main line through the first substrate. The color filter layers are filled in the openings. The sensing electrodes and the driving circuits are used for detecting at least one touch point.

The touch panel includes a cover plate, a touch sensing element, a non-black color layer, transmission lines, a reflective pattern layer, and a protection layer. The touch sensing element is on the cover plate and in the active area. The non-black color layer is on the cover plate and in the peripheral area. The transmission lines at a side of the non-black color layer away from the cover plate and in the peripheral area electrically connect the touch sensing element. The reflective pattern layer is configured at the side of the non-black color layer away from the cover plate and at least located in a partial region of the peripheral area not covered by the transmission lines. The protection layer is configured at a side of the transmission lines away from the cover plate.
