    摘要： A machine for forming and printing cardboard boxes, each box including a bottom wall, two pairs of side walls and a closing wall, the machine includes supply means for supplying a continuous web of cardboard, first cutting means for cutting the continuous web, that are adapted to form an elongate element with upper and lower surfaces, second cutting and creasing means for forming, in the elongate element, a first panel configured to define the first pair of side walls, the bottom wall and the closing wall, and second and third separate panels configured to define the second pair of side walls of the box. The machine also includes printing means interposed between the first cutting means and the second cutting and creasing means. The printing means have at least one lower and upper printing unit, adapted to print on the lower and upper surfaces of the elongate element respectively.

The gluing machine includes a fixed frame having at least a first support plane to support the pre-cut sheet, a first reference member to align the pre-cut sheet laterally with respect to the first support plane, and a gluing device to spread a gluing material on a fin of the pre-cut sheet, or on one lateral wall of the pre-cut sheet in correspondence to the fin. The gluing device and the first reference member are supported by the same support member mounted on the fixed frame and mobile with respect to the fixed frame between an inactive position and an operating position.

    摘要： A stack of laminar material for forming packages, the stack including full panels having a predetermined total length and formed with transverse creases along which the full panels are folded in accordion-like pleats. The stack includes at least one longitudinal cut on each full panel to form at least two transversely adjacent stacks of partial panels having respective partial widths, which are less than the total width. The at least one cut is incomplete, so that each partial panel of a respective stack and the partial panel of the stack adjacent thereto will have at least one connecting section therebetween, having a predetermined minimum length, for holding the partial panels of the adjacent stacks together, to thereby keep the adjacent stacks substantially aligned while facilitating the separation of each of the partial panels as they are unwound by a pulling action from each adjacent stack.

    摘要： A method for positioning items in a box includes providing a list of items, a list of boxes, dimensional data for each item, position-restricting data for each item, a system for assembling the boxes, a system for placing each item into a main box, a control unit connected having an algorithm for selecting the box and how the items are introduced into the box; and applying the algorithm to select a main box having a minimum size sufficient to contain the items and minimize empty space, and to determine order of introduction, position and rotation of the items; and applying the algorithm to the placing system. Applying the algorithm includes calculating the contact surface areas of each item to maintain the contact surface area above a minimum threshold, thereby ensuring stable positioning and reducing the volume of the filler.     摘要： An ink jet printing device for customized printing of images on a face of a sheet material includes a frame with a top surface defining a running plane for a face of the sheet material, with guides transverse to the running direction of the material, a printing unit that can move along the guides and has a printing head therein, a supply source supplying the printing head with printing ink, and a movement system driving the printing unit along the guides. The printing head faces the running plane for depositing the ink on the sheet material, and the supply source includes a secondary reservoir, mounted in the printing unit and in fluid connection with the head, and a main reservoir in fluid connection with the secondary reservoir for refilling the secondary reservoir and maintaining the level of ink above a predetermined threshold value, ensuring supply to the printing head.
