Abstract: A load detecting device includes: a load sensor including an element part; a first detection circuit configured to perform charging of a predetermined voltage and discharging of a charged voltage with respect to one electrode of the element part, and output a voltage of the element part in a charge period; a second detection circuit configured to, in parallel with the charging and discharging, perform discharging from the predetermined voltage and charging of the predetermined voltage with respect to another electrode of the element part, and output a voltage of the element part in a discharge period; and a control circuit configured to detect the capacitance in the element part, based on a differential voltage obtained by adding a voltage obtained by inverting a second detection voltage from the second detection circuit between the predetermined voltage and a ground, to a first detection voltage from the first detection circuit.

Abstract: An image display device includes: a light source emitting laser light; a screen on which an image is drawn by being two-dimensionally scanned by the laser light; a scanner causing the laser light to scan the screen; a light detector detecting a light amount of the laser light emitted from the light source; and a controller controlling the light source by changing a current value to drive the light source in response to a target light amount. The controller obtains a detection signal when driving the light source at a plurality of current setting values from the light detector, and corrects the current value with respect to the target light amount according to an arithmetic operation configured to suppress a difference between an output characteristic of the light source guessed by the obtained detection signal and a reference output characteristic.

Abstract: A display device has a movable screen that is movable in a movement direction, a drive controller, a projector, and a position detector. The drive controller moves the movable screen relative to a reference position set at a prescribed position in a movement range of the movable screen. The projector performs drawing on the movable screen by irradiating the movable screen with light used for scanning the movable screen and projects a virtual image onto a target space based on light that passes through the movable screen. The position detector executes position detection processing for detecting that the movable screen is located at a detection position set in relation to the prescribed position. The position detector moves the movable screen and executes the position detection processing in a non-display period in which the movable screen is not irradiated with light from the projector.

Abstract: A load detection device includes: a load sensor including at least one first electrode, at least one second electrode disposed so as to cross the first electrode, and a dielectric body present between the first electrode and the second electrode; a detection circuit configured to detect change in a voltage in a crossing position between the first electrode and the second electrode; a connector configured to connect the first electrode and the second electrode to the detection circuit; and a control circuit configured to control the detection circuit, and configured to detect a load applied at the crossing position, based on change in a voltage detected by the detection circuit. The control circuit executes control of detecting a combination of, out of the plurality of terminals of the connector, the terminals to which the first electrode and the second electrode are respectively connected.
