Abstract: A solar cell according to the present disclosure includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an electron transport layer disposed between the first electrode and the photoelectric conversion layer. At least one electrode selected from the group consisting of the first electrode and the second electrode has a light-transmitting property. The photoelectric conversion layer contains a perovskite compound composed of a monovalent cation, a divalent cation, and a halogen anion. The electron transport layer contains a metal oxynitride having electron conductivity. The metal oxynitride has an electrical conductivity of greater than or equal to 1×10−7 S/cm.

Abstract: A solar cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer interposed between the first and second electrodes, and a hole transport layer interposed between the first electrode and the photoelectric conversion layer. Abstract: Provided is a solar cell including a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-absorbing layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an intermediate layer located between the light-absorbing layer and at least one electrode selected from the group consisting of the first electrode and the second electrode. The light-absorbing layer contains a perovskite compound represented by a chemical formula ASnX3 (where A is a monovalent cation and X is a halogen anion). The intermediate layer is in contact with the light-absorbing layer. Abstract: A light-absorbing material contains a compound represented by the composition formula HC(NH2)2SnI3 and having a perovskite structure. A solid-state 1H-NMR spectrum, which is obtained by 1H-14N HMQC measurement in two-dimensional NMR at 25° C., of the compound includes a first peak at 6.9 ppm and a second peak at 7.0 ppm. A peak intensity of the first peak is equal to 80% or more of a peak intensity of the second peak.

Abstract: An all-solid-state lithium-ion secondary battery includes a cathode active material, an anode active material, a solid electrolyte between the cathode and anode active materials, and an intermediate layer between the solid electrolyte and the cathode active material. The cathode and anode active materials are able to store and release a lithium ion. The solid electrolyte has lithium ion conductivity. The intermediate layer is constituted of elements including all elements constituting the cathode active material. A lithium ion in the intermediate layer is less ionic than that in the cathode active material.
