Abstract: A lens barrel according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes the lens frame which holds the lens, and the holding frame which holds the lens frame in a state where the lens frame is movable in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis. A biasing means which generates a force in the direction that the lens frame is lifted up against the gravity is provided to at least the holding frame out of the holding frame and the lens.
