Abstract: A driving characteristic determination device includes a hardware processor connected to a memory. The processor detects driving information indicating at least one of driving behavior for a vehicle by a driver, biological information of the driver during driving, and behavior of the vehicle. The processor calculates, on the basis of the driving information, numerical values indicating whether a cognitive function of the driver is high or low. The processor analyzes the numerical values indicating whether the cognitive function is high or low. The numerical values are analyzed as cognitive function characteristics relative to one or more different brain functions. The processor outputs information about an analysis result obtained by the analysis of the numerical values.
