Abstract: An embedded ventilation fan includes a housing, a decorative panel, an air supply blower, an air exhaust blower, and a heat exchange element. The heat exchange element is disposed at a position where an air supply passage and an air exhaust passage cross each other in the housing. The decorative panel includes a front surface, a rear surface, an air supply slit opening, an air exhaust slit opening, and a non-open zone. The rear surface includes a protruding wall protruding toward an inner side of the housing. The non-open zone is a zone having no opening. The air exhaust slit opening is partitioned from the non-open zone by the protruding wall on the rear surface. The heat exchange element is disposed directly above the non-open zone and is not disposed directly above the air supply slit opening and the air exhaust slit opening.

Abstract: In order to efficiently exchange indoor air and outdoor air, to reduce power consumption, and to reduce discomfort to a user, damper, which switches between a heat exchange exhaust air path and a normal ventilation air path, is provided in an exhaust air path. In addition, a discomfort index is calculated from detection results of indoor temperature sensor provided on indoor-side inlet and outdoor temperature sensor provided on outdoor-side inlet. Further, controller, which switches between the heat exchange exhaust air path and the normal ventilation air path so as not to cause discomfort to the user, is provided to control damper.

Abstract: Provided is a heat exchange-type ventilation device (1) comprising: an air supply blower including an air supply motor; an exhaust blower including an exhaust motor; an air supply path (7) through which air is sent to a room from outside by the air supply blower: an exhaust path through which air is sent from the room to outside by the exhaust blower: a heat exchange element provided at a position at which the air supply path (7) and the exhaust path intersect, the heat exchange element being configured to exchange heat between room air and outside air at the time of ventilation; and a current detector configured to detect a current flowing through the air supply motor. Using a controller (11), the heat exchange-type ventilation device controls the number of revolutions of the air supply motor. The air supply path is connected to a circulating air path (14) of unitary air conditioning (13), and the controller (11) changes the opening area of an airflow rate adjustment damper (15) provided in the air supply path (7) so that a current value of the air supply motor, the current value being detected by the current detector, falls within a predetermined range of a target current value.
