Abstract:
A coil is a coil of a conductive wire that has a quadrangular cross section, that is spirally wound and laminated to have a series of turns including first to n-th turns (n is an integer of 3 or more), and that is provided, on at least some of the first to n-th turns in the coil, with deformed portions representing recesses each having a shape different from a shape of another portion of the conductive wire. In each of the first and n-th turns respectively lying at both ends of the series of turns, an outer surface lying on a side opposite to a center of the series of turns extends flush along with a plane intersecting the series of turns.
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic geared motor and a magnetic gear that support pole pieces with high rigidity, have small residual stress, and are very easy to assemble. Included are stator, first rotor that rotates by magnetic flux generated by stator, and second rotor that rotates at a speed different from that of first rotor. Second rotor includes a plurality of pole pieces annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of second rotor, and frame including a circumferential portion including a plurality of gaps respectively corresponding to the plurality of pole pieces and in each of which the corresponding one of the plurality of pole pieces is at least partly inserted. The plurality of pole pieces and frame are integrated with mold resin.
Abstract:
A coil is configured with stacked n turns (where n is an integer of 2 or more) of spirally wound conductive wire having a rectangular cross-section. A k-th turn (where k is an integer and 1≤k≤n) of the coil has at least a straight portion and a corner portion extending from an end part of the straight portion. On an outer peripheral surface of the corner portion, there are formed at least a first bent portion bent toward an inner peripheral side and a second bent portion bent toward the outer peripheral side, and curvature C1 of the first bent portion is different from curvature C2 of second bent portion.
Abstract:
A permanent-magnet-embedded electric motor includes a stator having a coil wound on a stator core, and a rotor disposed rotatably inside the stator through a gap to an inner circumferential surface of the stator core. The rotor is provided with a rotor core formed of laminated steel plates having a plurality of magnet-embedding holes, and a permanent magnet housed and retained in each of the magnet-embedding holes. A thickness of the bridge portions formed between edges of the magnet-embedding holes and an outer circumference of the rotor core, and a thickness of a thinned link portion connecting adjoining two of the bridge portions are thinner than a thickness of the steel plates.
