Abstract:
Provided are a stator capable of substantially preventing a decrease in torque and a rotary electric machine including the stator. A stator includes a stator core, an insulator, and a coil. The stator core includes: a yoke having an annular shape; and teeth protruding from the yoke to the inside of the yoke. The insulator covers at least a part of the stator core. The insulator includes: a first face facing the coil wound around the teeth; and a second face facing the yoke. The first face is perpendicular to the protrusion direction of the teeth. The second face includes: a first perpendicular face perpendicular to the protrusion direction of the teeth; and a first inclined face inclined toward the first face with respect to the first perpendicular face. The yoke includes an inner circumferential face facing the second face.
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic geared motor and a magnetic gear that support pole pieces with high rigidity, have small residual stress, and are very easy to assemble. Included are stator, first rotor that rotates by magnetic flux generated by stator, and second rotor that rotates at a speed different from that of first rotor. Second rotor includes a plurality of pole pieces annularly arranged along the circumferential direction of second rotor, and frame including a circumferential portion including a plurality of gaps respectively corresponding to the plurality of pole pieces and in each of which the corresponding one of the plurality of pole pieces is at least partly inserted. The plurality of pole pieces and frame are integrated with mold resin.
Abstract:
A rotor includes: a rotor core including a plurality of first holes and a plurality of second holes; and a plurality of first permanent magnets arranged in the plurality of first holes, wherein the first holes and the second holes are provided radially around a rotating shaft, the rotor core in each of the plurality of second holes has a radial length smaller than a radial length of the rotor core in each of the plurality of first holes, each of the plurality of second holes is located closer to an inner side in the radial direction of the rotor core with respect to a first hole adjacent to the second hole in a circumferential direction of the rotor core among the plurality of first holes, and includes a protrusion protruding toward the first hole adjacent to the second hole in the circumferential direction of the rotor core.
Abstract:
A permanent-magnet-embedded electric motor includes a stator having a coil wound on a stator core, and a rotor disposed rotatably inside the stator through a gap to an inner circumferential surface of the stator core. The rotor is provided with a rotor core formed of laminated steel plates having a plurality of magnet-embedding holes, and a permanent magnet housed and retained in each of the magnet-embedding holes. A thickness of the bridge portions formed between edges of the magnet-embedding holes and an outer circumference of the rotor core, and a thickness of a thinned link portion connecting adjoining two of the bridge portions are thinner than a thickness of the steel plates.
