Abstract: A van der Waals stacked Josephson junction structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The van der Waals stacked Josephson junction structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a substrate, a first layer of a van der Waals material separable into layers and positioned on the substrate, and a second layer of the van der Waals material positioned on the first layer, in which the first layer and the second layer are twisted at a predetermined angle with each other, and a Josephson junction is formed between the first layer and the second layer.
