摘要: In various embodiments, an energy harvesting unit (102, 402, 502, 602, 702, 902) may be configured to convert captured light into current. Logic (104, 404, 504, 604, 704, 904) operably coupled with the energy harvesting unit may be configured to detect a current fluctuation at the energy harvesting unit. The current fluctuation may be caused by a corresponding fluctuation in light captured by the energy harvesting unit. The logic may be further configured to determine that the detected current fluctuation matches a predefined current fluctuation pattern associated with deliberate modulation of light captured by the energy harvesting unit. In some embodiments, the logic may generate appliance control data for controlling one or more appliances (120, 130, 132) based on the matching predefined current fluctuation pattern. In some embodiments, the logic may control light output by one or more light sources (960).

At least one of the third and fourth taps (13, 14) is different from the first and second taps (11, 12). In that case, the data signals will be better available, even in case the first and second taps (11, 12) are short-circuited. The primary parts may comprise primary windings (15), the secondary parts may comprise secondary windings (16). The first to fourth taps (11-14) may be taps of the secondary windings(16).The first and third taps (11, 13) may be identical taps, and the second and fourth taps (12, 14) may be different taps. The first and second taps (11, 12) may be outer taps and the fourth taps may be center taps.

In order to provide a circuit and operating method with reduced complexity, a control circuit (50) controls operation of the first LED lighting element in dependence on a light feedback signal L from a light sensitive element (52). The signal L is dependent on light emitted from the second LED lighting element (30). Said first and said second LED lighting element (20, 30) are in series connection and said control circuit (50) is in parallel connection with said first LED lighting element (20); or said first and said second LED lighting element (20, 30) are in parallel connection and said control circuit (50) is in series connection with said first LED lighting element (20).

摘要: A capacitive driving system (100) comprises:—a supply device (110) having a set of transmission electrodes (111, 112) located at a top surface (117), and a power generator (13) adapted to generate alternating electrical power;—load devices (200) each having two receiver electrodes (221, 222) at a lower surface (227) and at least one load member (223) coupled to said receiver electrodes. In an energy transfer position, the lower surface of the load device is directed to the top surface of the supply device and at least one of said transmission electrodes together with a corresponding one of said receiver electrodes defines a first transfer capacitor (31). Resonant energy transfer takes place from the supply device to the load member. The load device can be rotated for enabling amendment of the capacitance value of said first transfer capacitor.
