Abstract: A power conversion apparatus is provided with a transformer, a primary circuit, and a secondary circuit. The primary circuit is connected to a primary winding of the transformer, has a primary positive bus and a primary negative bus, and includes at least one switching element. The secondary circuit is connected to a secondary winding of the transformer, has a secondary positive bus and a secondary negative bus, and includes at least one switching element. The power conversion apparatus is further provided with a coupling circuit including at least a first capacitor. The power conversion apparatus is configured such that the primary circuit is an unbalanced circuit and the secondary circuit is a balanced circuit, and having the coupling circuit connected between a center tap of the secondary winding of the transformer, and one of the primary positive bus and the primary negative bus.

Abstract: A current meter measures a current value associated with input power inputted to a code modulator. A code modulation circuit modulates the input power to generate a code-modulated wave by code modulation using a modulation code based on a code sequence, and transmits the code-modulated wave to the code demodulator via a transmission path. A control circuit controls the code modulation circuit. The code modulation circuit has operation modes different from each other depending on a direction of the input power, and a direction of the code-modulated wave to be generated. The control circuit generates waveform information indicating variations of direction of the input power over time, based on the current value measured by the current meter, and determines the operation mode of the code modulation circuit based on the waveform information.

Abstract: A code modulator transmits power to at least one code demodulator via a transmission path. The code modulator is provided with: a code modulation circuit to which output power of a power supply is supplied, the code modulation circuit modulating the output power of the power supply to generate a code-modulated wave by code modulation using a modulation code based on a code sequence, and transmitting the code-modulated wave to the code demodulator via the transmission path; and a control circuit that controls the code modulation circuit. The control circuit sets a frequency of the modulation code to a multiple of an output power frequency of the power supply.

The power receiver apparatus is provided with code demodulators, each of which demodulates one code-modulated wave of the received code-modulated waves to generate code-demodulated power by code demodulation using a demodulation code based on a code sequence identical to the code sequence of the modulation code used for the code modulation of the one code-modulated wave, the code-demodulated power being generated as power of one of phase components of multiphase alternating-current power.

Abstract: A capacitive coupling circuit device is provided with a capacitive coupling circuit and a ground-side feedback circuit. The capacitive coupling circuit demodulates a modulated signal, which is obtained by modulating an input signal and transmitting a modulated input signal through a coupling capacitor. The ground-side feedback circuit is inserted between a first ground terminal on a signal input side of the capacitive coupling circuit and a second ground terminal on a signal output side of the capacitive coupling circuit. The ground-side feedback circuit is configured by connecting a second capacitor in series to a parallel circuit of a first capacitor and a first resistor. Alternatively, the ground-side feedback circuit may be configured by connecting the second capacitor and a third capacitor in series to both ends of the parallel circuit of the first capacitor and the first resistor, respectively.

Abstract: A power receiver apparatus receives a code-modulated wave from a power transmitter apparatus via a transmission path, the code-modulated wave including first power modulated by code modulation using a modulation code based on a code sequence. The power receiver apparatus is provided with a contactless connector and a code demodulator. The contactless connector is coupled to the transmission path without electrical contact with the transmission path, and receives the code-modulated wave from the power transmitter apparatus via the transmission path. The code demodulator demodulates the received code-modulated wave to generate second power by code demodulation using a demodulation code based on a code sequence identical to the code sequence of the modulation code used for the code modulation.
