Abstract: This organic electroluminescent element includes: a substrate having light transmissivity; and an organic light emitting body including a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode. The organic electroluminescent element includes a resin part which includes a first resin layer and a second resin layer between the substrate and the organic light emitting body. The resin part includes an uneven interface between the first resin layer and the second resin layer. The uneven interface includes a first uneven structure and a second uneven structure, and protrusions and recesses of the second uneven structure are smaller than protrusions and recesses of the first uneven structure. The second uneven structure has a random arrangement of the protrusions and recesses thereof.
