Abstract: A terminal apparatus includes: an acquiring circuitry, a generator, a communicator, and a display. The acquiring circuitry acquires, from an image forming apparatus having a trouble, apparatus information related to the image forming apparatus and notification information corresponding to the trouble. The generator generates search instruction information on the basis of the apparatus information and the notification information both acquired by the acquiring circuitry. The search instruction information includes a search keyword to be used in a search server. The communicator acquires a search result related to the trouble by accessing the search server with use of the search instruction information. The display displays the search result.
