摘要: The present invention relates to a temperature control system for effective cooling and heating of rechargeable battery cells, in particular lithium (Li) ion batteries, wherein the temperature control module comprises an outer shell (1) made of a polymer material, which surrounds at least one heat-conducting layer made of unidirectional carbon fibre composite (2) and has, on each of two opposing edge regions of the main surfaces thereof, a conduit (3) for conveying a heat transfer medium, the conduits (3) extending along the edge regions from one end to the other; at least two layers of unidirectional carbon fibre composite (2) arranged one above the other are preferably provided, and an intermediate layer (7) having throughflow channels (8) which connect the conduits (3) to one another is located between the layers.

摘要: The invention relates to a pressure module (1) for a battery cell, wherein: the pressure module is an elastomer component for compensating for swelling, and has a simultaneous cooling or heating function, for rechargeable batteries; and the pressure module (1) comprises an outer covering (2) made of a polymer material which surrounds a cavity (9) that has a channel structure; and connections for the inlet (5) and outlet (6) for the thermal transfer medium are provided in the outer covering (2); wherein the outer covering (2) has two main faces opposite one another which are interconnected via the edges thereof, wherein structural elements (10a, 10b; 19a, 19b) are provided on the inner faces (7, 8) and are arranged so as to correspond to one another and to interact with one another so as to define and stabilise the channel structure for conducting the thermal transfer medium.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermal insulating mat (1) for insulating adjacent battery cells (2), in particular prismatic battery cells, in battery systems, comprising an elastically deformable base plate (7) made of a fiber-elastomer composite, wherein a defined number of ribs (8) are provided on both main surfaces of the base plate (7), extending parallel to one another and spaced apart from one another transversely over the main surfaces of the base plate (7), wherein the arrangement of ribs on the two main surfaces is surrounded by a bordering frame (10), and there is a gap (11) between the ribs (8) and the frame (10), wherein the fiber-elastomer composite of the base plate (7) is formed from an elastomer matrix with at least one intermediate layer of mineral fibers embedded therein, and wherein the thermally insulating mat at the same time is able to compensate for the change in volume of the battery cells inherent in the system as a result of the chemical ageing of the cell components and the cyclical expansion and contraction of the cells during charging and discharging.
