    摘要: A surgical treatment instrument includes a holdable housing, a shaft, an end effector configured to perform a bending movement with respect to the shaft, a rotor configured to rotate about a rotation axis in response to an operation input performed through an operation member, and a transmission member configured to transmit a driving force for causing the end effector to perform the bending movement to the end effector. The operation member and the transmission member are configured to rotate together with the shaft and the end effector in response to the operation input, and the rotor is configured to not rotate together with the shaft and the end effector when the operation input is performed.

    摘要: In a surgical treatment instrument, a probe extending in a longitudinal axial direction is inserted through a sheath, and each of sheath components, in the sheath, is divided from a neighboring sheath component at a dividing plane along the longitudinal axial direction. A flow of liquid to a proximal side in an inside of the sheath is prevented by a first seal portion. In a divided part between each of the sheath components and the neighboring sheath component, liquid-tight is kept by the second seal portion, and thereby a flow of the liquid to the proximal side is prevented.

    摘要: A medical instrument comprises a housing and an elongated sheath configured to be attached to the housing. The elongated sheath includes opposed distal end and proximal end along a longitudinal axis. An end effector is configured to be attached to the distal end of the elongated sheath. The end effector includes a pair of grasps. A direction changer is used to change a direction of the end effector with respect to the distal end of the elongated sheath. A first drive shaft movable in the elongated sheath in ganged relation for opening and closing movement of the pair of grasps. A second drive shaft movable in the elongated sheath in ganged relation for angular movement of the end effector by the direction changer with respect to the elongated sheath. An operating member is configured to actuate the second drive shaft between a bent positions and a neutral position.

    摘要: A treatment system includes an energy treatment tool and a power supply device. The energy treatment tool includes respective first and second grasps configured to be coupled with one another and are capable of pivoting with respect to one another so as to grip a treatment target therebetween. A plurality of bipolar electrodes is attached to the respective first and second grasps. The plurality of bipolar electrodes receives a high-frequency current to flow through the treatment target so as to develop a first temperature distribution in the treatment target. A treatment energy source is configured to be coupled to one of the respective first and second grasps and receives electric energy to generate treatment energy different from the high-frequency current and to apply the generated treatment energy to the treatment target so as to develop a second temperature distribution in the treatment target.

    摘要: In a treatment instrument, a shaft is rotatable around a predetermined rotation axis relative to the housing, and an end effector is bendably or curvably attached to the shaft. In the treatment instrument, an interlocking member is provided independently of the shaft, and a receiver is provided in such a manner that rotation of the receiver relative to the housing is restricted or that rotation of the receiver relative to the shaft is restricted. The interlocking member moves in conjunction with bending or curving movement of the end effector so that the receiver engages with the interlocking member, thereby preventing rotation of the shaft around the predetermined rotation axis.
