Abstract:
A diagnostic system, method, and a computer-readable storage medium for determining a severity of a gastric condition, such as gastritis, in a subject are disclosed. The diagnostic system includes a processor that obtains an image of a stomach of the subject collected by an endoscope. The processor can compare the subject image with reference normal and abnormal stomach images. If the subject image is abnormal, the processor can generate a subject abnormality image indicative of the differences between the subject image and the normal image. By comparing the generated subject abnormality image with reference abnormality images representative of different severity levels of gastritis, the processor can diagnose the subject as having a particular severity level of gastritis.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus is configured comprising a necessary/unnecessary determination data generating unit configured to generate necessary/unnecessary determination data; an image encoding unit assigning identification information respectively to, and recording, in a recording unit, each piece of data after division of each moving image of a moving image after encoding, a necessary/unnecessary determining unit configured to determine an unnecessary moving image frame based on necessary/unnecessary determination data; and a moving image file managing unit configured to rewrite information indicating a state of data at a recording unit in the recording unit corresponding to a moving image frame determined as unnecessary moving image frame by the necessary/unnecessary determining unit into information that there is no data.
Abstract:
An image processing system includes an image acquisition section that consecutively acquires still images, a direction determination section that determines a camera moving direction that is a moving direction of an imaging section during capture, and a panoramic image generation section that performs a synthesis process of the consecutively acquired still images to generate a panoramic image. The direction determination section determines whether the camera moving direction is a first camera moving direction or a second camera moving direction that differs from the first camera moving direction when the imaging section is moved during capture. The panoramic image generation section performs the synthesis process of a still image among the consecutively acquired still images based on the camera moving direction when the consecutively acquired still images were captured to generate the panoramic image.
Abstract:
A medical system includes a processor. The processor is configured to calculate a presence probability of a lesion in a not-yet-observed region inside a hollow organ of a patient, the not-yet-observed region being specified on the basis of an image that has been captured by an imaging sensor of an endoscope inside the hollow organ, and spatial disposition information of a distal end of an insertion part of the endoscope.
Abstract:
In an image-processing method, a first image and a second image having parallax with each other are acquired. In each of the first image and the second image, a first region, which includes a center of one of the first image and the second image and has a predetermined shape, is set. In each of the first image and the second image, a second region surrounding an outer edge of the first region of each of the first image and the second image is set. Image processing is performed on a processing region including the second region in at least one of the first image and the second image so as to change an amount of parallax of the processing region.
Abstract:
A system that can include a processor that obtains voice data of a subject. The processor can compare the voice data of the subject with reference normal and abnormal voice data. If the voice data of the subject is abnormal, the processor can generate an abnormal subject voice data that is indicative of differences between the subject voice data and the normal voice data. By comparing the generated abnormal subject voice data with the reference normal and abnormal voice data, the processor can determine what condition the subject may be suffering from and the severity of that condition.
Abstract:
A head-mounted display includes a display section that displays a display image, and a display control section that performs a control process that displays the display image on the display section. The display control section displays an unlocking screen on the display section, the unlocking screen being used by the user to unlock the head-mounted display, and displays an unlocked state notification screen on the display section when the head-mounted display has been unlocked using the unlocking screen, the unlocked state notification screen notifying the user that the head-mounted display has been unlocked.
Abstract:
An image processing system includes an image acquisition section that consecutively acquires still images, a direction determination section that determines a camera moving direction, a slit image generation section that generates slit images based on the consecutively acquired still images, and a panoramic image generation section that performs a synthesis process of the slit images to generate a panoramic image. The direction determination section determines whether the camera moving direction is a first camera moving direction or a second camera moving direction when the imaging section is moved during capture. The panoramic image generation section performs the synthesis process of each slit image based on the camera moving direction when the consecutively acquired still images were captured to generate the panoramic image.
