    摘要: A thermatological device comprising an applicator and a main body. The applicator has a microwave-applying section, a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. The main body contains a control unit. The microwave-applying section applies microwaves to an affected part, thereby treating the part. The first temperature sensor detects the temperature of the affected part being treated. The, the second temperature sensor detects a part located adjacent to the affected part. The control unit controls the microwave-applying section to render the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor equal to a preset target temperature. The control unit causes the microwave-applying section to stop or reduce the emission of microwaves when the temperature detected by the second temperature sensor reaches a preset burn temperature.

    摘要: An endoscope is configured such that the position of the distal end of a treatment tool can be fine-adjusted when inserting and withdrawing the treatment tool into/from a treatment tool channel in the endoscope. For example, the treatment tool is inserted into the treatment tool channel of the endoscope and moved forward by a driving motor. When the distal end of the treatment tool projects from the treatment tool channel at the distal end of the endoscope, the forward movement is stopped, and the treatment tool is moved forward by manual operation. A method of manual operation includes the steps of rotating a dial and moving the treatment tool forward slowly. When in manual operation, the treatment tool is preferably released from any static torque of the motor.

    摘要: The disclosed invention relates to an improvement in a surgical therapeutic instrument which includes an inserting part, a manipulating part, and a therapeutic part. In a link mechanism having a transmission shaft for transmitting a driving force applied to the manipulating part to the therapeutic part, the position of the transmission shaft is restricted, and a joint is provided in the transmission shaft to reduce the strain of the transmission shaft. A sheath is also provided in the inserting part to facilitate cleaning thereof. A mechanism is provided for immovably locking the movable portion. A circular arc centered about a turning shaft is introduced into the shape of the manipulating part to improve the manipulability thereof. Further, the structure of a gripping portion of the manipulating part is improved.

    摘要: A treatment system includes an energy source, a pair of holding portions, an output portion and a cooling section. To hold a living tissue of a treatment target, at least one of the pair of the holding portions relatively moves with respect to the other holding portion. The output portion is disposed on at least one of the holding portions and connected with the energy source. Moreover, the output portion thermally denatures the living tissue, when the energy is supplied from the energy source. The cooling section inhibits the thermal spread in a direction away from the output portion.
