Abstract: A hydrogel composition for photocatalytic hydrogen production and storage. The composition containing a graphene, a TiO2 nanotube array, and a carbon quantum dot defines a three-dimensional porous and continuous cross-linked structure. Also disclosed is a method of producing this composition.
