    摘要: To provide an organic electroluminescent device realizing high efficiency and low voltage characteristics. A light-emitting layer including compounds of (1) and (2) and a dopant is included. X represents N or CR3, wherein at least one X represents N. R1 represents (1b), R2 represents (1c), and R3 represents an alkyl group or the like. Y represents O, S, NR4, or CR5R6, R4 to R6 each represent an alkyl group or the like, and one of R7 to R14 binds to a ring in (1). * represents a binding position to a ring in (1), and rings C and D are each an aromatic ring fused to an adjacent ring. R15, R16 and R17 have the same meaning as R3 (a and b represent the number of substitutions). R19 has the same meaning as R4, and R20 to R27 each represent CR3, CR28 or N and at least one thereof represents CR28, and R28 represents formula (2b). Z represents O, S, NR37, or CR38R39, R37 to R39 each has the same meaning as R4, and one of R29 to R36 binds to a ring in (2) and the others represent CR3 or N.

    摘要: To provide a practically useful organic EL device having a low voltage, high efficiency and lifetime characteristics. An organic EL device including a light-emitting layer between an anode and a cathode opposite to each other, in which the light-emitting layer contains a first host selected from a compound represented by the following general formula (1), a second host selected from a compound represented by the following general formula (2), and a light-emitting dopant material.




    In the general formula (1), a ring A is an aromatic ring represented by formula (Ia), a ring B is a heterocycle represented by formula (Ib), Tp represents a triphenylene group, L represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, and X represents N or C—H. In the general formula (2), a ring C represents an aromatic ring represented by formula (2a) and a ring D represents a heterocycle represented by formula (2b).

    摘要: To provide a practically useful organic electroluminescent device which is improved in luminous efficiency and at the same time, sufficiently secures the stability during driving. An organic electroluminescent device, wherein a light-emitting layer includes two host materials different from each other, and a dopant material, one of the host materials is a compound represented by general formula (1) and the other of the host materials is a compound represented by general formula (2). A ring A is a heterocycle represented by formula (1a), X represents N or C—Ar′, Y represents O, S, N—Ar3, or C—Ar4Ar5, and any one of Z1 to Z4 represents a carbon atom binding to a 6-membered ring containing X and the others and Z5 to Z8 each represent C—Ar′ or N. Ar, Ar′ and Ar1 to Ar5 each represent, for example, hydrogen, or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. A ring B is a heterocycle represented by formula (2a), and Ar6 and Ar7 each represent, for example, hydrogen, or an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms.
