摘要: A method for producing a press-formed product that includes a pair of flat sections and a bend section that connects the flat sections, in which a bending radius of the bend section is R2 and an interior angle formed by the pair of flat sections is θ2, includes the steps bellow. In the first forming step, an intermediate formed product including a bend section in which a bending radius is R1 and an interior angle is θ1 is formed. In the second forming step, a portion of a bend section of the intermediate formed product is formed into the bend section of the press-formed product. R1, θ1, R2 and θ2 satisfy the conditions of Formulae (1) to (3) below: 1.05

摘要: A front pillar lower outer includes a bent portion, and a first region and a second region, and is a skeletal component for automobile that is assumed to receive a collision load along the extending direction of the first region. The outer is constituted by attaching a first member that is arranged on a first region side, and a second member that is arranged on a second region side. An attachment line of the both members is arranged in a predetermined zone between a first boundary and a second boundary. The plate thickness of the first member is larger than the plate thickness of the second member.

摘要: In a press forming step of obtaining, from a blank of high-tensile strength steel sheet of 390 MPa or more, a press-formed product with a shape of cross section having a groove bottom part, ridge line parts, and vertical wall parts. An outward flange including parts along the ridge line parts is formed at an end part in a longitudinal direction. Forming parts to the ridge line parts is started by creating a region positioned at an end portion, in a longitudinal direction, of a part to be formed to the groove bottom part of the blank, which is separated from a punch top part. At that time or thereafter, the region is made to approach the punch top part. When forming the ridge line parts, forming of the parts of the outward flange are conducted, the parts are formed from the start to the middle of the press forming, to reduce or prevent an occurrence of stretch flange fracture and a generation of wrinkling

摘要: A manufacturing method includes a preparing step, an intermediate pressing step, a heating step, and a hot stamping step. In the preparing step, a blank is prepared. In the intermediate pressing step, press working is applied to the blank to produce an intermediate formed product. In the heating step, the intermediate formed product is heated. In the hot stamping step, press working is applied to the intermediate formed product to produce a panel-like formed product. In the hot stamping step, a machine including a first die, a second die, a punch, and a blank holder is used. While the intermediate formed product is pinched between the first die and the punch, the second die and the blank holder are moved relative to the first die and the punch, and thereby, the panel-like formed product is produced.

摘要: A press-formed product is shaped by press-working from a tailored blank made up of a plurality of metal sheets butt-welded together. The press-formed product includes a flange section, and an arc-shaped area which is an area of the flange section which is formed by stretch flange deformation, and in which an inner peripheral edge is open. A weld line of the tailored blank intersects with the inner peripheral edge and an outer peripheral edge of the arc-shaped area. An angle θ formed by the weld line and a maximum principal strain direction of the stretch flange deformation is 17 to 84°.
