摘要: Provided is a hybrid electrolytic capacitor having large capacitance, low ESR, and superior high-frequency characteristics and high-temperature endurance. The hybrid electrolytic capacitor 1 is provided with: a cathode 10 having a cathode substrate 11 made of a valve metal, an oxide layer 12 provided on a surface of the cathode substrate 11, an inorganic conductive layer 13 provided on a surface of the oxide layer 12 and including an inorganic conductive material, and an organic conductive layer 14 provided on a surface of the inorganic conductive layer 13 and including a conductive polymer; an anode 20 having an anode substrate 21 made of a valve metal and a dielectric layer 22 provided on a surface of the anode substrate 21; and a composite electrolyte layer 30 having a solid electrolyte layer 31 containing conductive polymer particles 31a which is provided between and in contact with the organic conductive layer 14 of the cathode 10 and the dielectric layer 22 of the anode 20, and an electrolytic solution 32 filled between the conductive polymer particles 31a in the solid electrolyte layer 31.

摘要: Provided is an electrolytic capacitor that can reliably exhibit redox capacity due to a conductive polymer layer of a cathode. The electrolytic capacitor includes: a cathode having a conductive substrate and a conductive polymer layer placed on the surface of the conductive substrate; an anode having a substrate composed of a valve metal and a dielectric layer composed of an oxide of the valve metal that is placed on the surface of the substrate, the anode being disposed such that the dielectric layer and the conductive polymer layer of the cathode are opposed to each other across a space; and an ion conductive electrolyte with which the space is filled, the conductive polymer layer of the cathode that is in contact with the ion conductive electrolyte exhibiting a redox capacity due to application of a voltage between the anode and the cathode, wherein the contact resistance between the conductive substrate and the conductive polymer layer in the cathode is 1 Ωcm2 or less.

The solid electrolytic capacitor is manufactured by: forming, in a capacitor element with an anode electrode foil and a cathode electrode foil wound with an interposed separator, a solid electrolyte layer by using a conductive polymer dispersion in which particles of a conductive polymer dispersed in a solvent; and filling voids inside the capacitor element in which the solid electrolyte layer has been formed with an electrolytic solution containing less than 9 wt % of a salt of a composite compound of inorganic acid and organic acid as a solute for filling.

摘要: Provided are an electrolytic capacitor with high withstand voltage capable of preventing deterioration of withstand voltage characteristics caused by lead-free reflow or the like and improving ESR characteristics, and a manufacturing method thereof. The electrolytic capacitor is obtained by impregnating a capacitor element in which an anode electrode foil and a cathode electrode foil are wound with a separator interposed, with a dispersion containing: particles of a conductive polymer; sorbitol or sorbitol and polyalcohol; and a solvent so as to form a solid electrolyte layer containing 60 to 92 wt % of the sorbitol or the sorbitol and polyalcohol, and by filling an electrolytic solution containing ethylene glycol in a gap portion in the capacitor element on which the solid electrolyte layer is formed.
