摘要: A rotary piston pump with at least two double- or multi-lobe rotary pistons rotating in opposite directions, the drive shafts whereof include seals, wherein the seals are constituted as slip ring seals or lip seals or stuffing-box seals, which in each case are disposed on the shaft shoulder belonging to the respective rotary piston, and one slip ring per seal is provided with a locking device, which includes a large number of fixing positions. The seals are pushed onto a tubular shoulder of the rotary piston, the rotary piston is introduced into the pump housing, the securing element is connected to the slip ring seal in a form-fit manner by rotation of the rotary piston and the shaft shoulder is then rigidly connected to the drive shaft.

摘要: A method and a device for fixing and synchronizing rotary pistons in a rotary piston pump involves introducing the rotary pistons into the pump space of the rotary piston pump. A shaft stub of each rotary piston is then pushed through a pump rear wall onto a driveshaft provided for the respective rotary piston. The rotary pistons are aligned and synchronized in the pump space via a template, the template being fixed detachably to a pump housing. The shaft stubs of the respective rotary piston are connected, after the synchronization, in each case via a clamping device in a friction-locked manner to the respective driveshaft, outside the pump space.

摘要: A method for fixing rotary pistons in a rotary piston pump and a method for dismantling rotary pistons of a rotary piston pump, where the rotary piston pump has two counter-rotating rotary arranged in a pump space on drive shafts. The rotary pistons each include a seating for the drive shafts. The respective drive shaft is arranged and fixed with an end region in the seating of the respective rotary piston. A diameter of the drive shafts in the end region can be widened elastically. In an operational state, in which the rotary pistons are arranged on the respective drive shafts, a frictional connection is formed between the respective seating of the rotary piston and the end region of the respective drive shaft.

摘要: A cutting unit for recovering gluten from a mixture containing starch and gluten, having a housing in which is formed a cutting chamber having an inlet and an outlet. A first shaft, which is mounted in a rotatable manner in the housing, has a multiplicity of first disc-like cutting tools, which are fitted in a rotationally fixed manner on the first shaft, wherein in each case two adjacent cutting tools of the multiplicity of first cutting tools are spaced apart from one another axially to form an interspace. A second shaft, which is mounted in a rotatable manner in the housing is arranged parallel to the first shaft and has a multiplicity of second disc-like cutting tools, which are fitted in a rotationally fixed manner on the second shaft, wherein in each case two adjacent cutting tools of the multiplicity of second cutting tools are spaced apart from one another axially to form a further interspace. The first and second cutting tools are arranged in the cutting chamber, wherein the first and the second shafts are spaced apart from one another radially, and the multiplicity of first cutting tools are offset axially relative to the multiplicity of second cutting tools, such that at least one portion of one of the multiplicity of second cutting tools engages in an interspace. A respective gap having a width of at least 0.3 mm is formed in the axial direction between the at least one engaging portion and the two adjacent, interspace-forming first cutting tools.

摘要: A rotary piston pump for the delivery of liquids and for the delivery of liquids containing solids. The rotary piston pump includes a pump housing which is provided with an inlet and an outlet. The pump housing includes a lining. Disposed in the pump housing, or inside the lining, are at least two counter-rotating rotary pistons, which form pump spaces during their rotation. During the rotational movement, the rotary pistons are sealed against one another, against the pump housing and against the lining. Disposed in the pump housing and/or in the lining, in the spatial vicinity of the inlet and/or the outlet, are means with which the pulsation can be reduced or even completely prevented.
