Abstract:
A coupling element for connecting a helix-shaped eccentric screw pump rotor to a drive shaft, with a drive shaft receiving portion and a rotor connecting portion arranged at an opposite end of the coupling element from the drive shaft receiving portion, the rotor connecting portion is constituted as a hollow cylinder for receiving a rotor end of the screw pump rotor, wherein the hollow cylinder has at least two inner circumferential surfaces which are complementary to the rotor and have a radius which is fixed with respect to the cross-sectional center of the hollow cylinder.
Abstract:
A rotary piston pump for the delivery of liquids and for the delivery of liquids containing solids. The rotary piston pump includes a pump housing which is provided with an inlet and an outlet. The pump housing includes a lining. Disposed in the pump housing, or inside the lining, are at least two counter-rotating rotary pistons, which form pump spaces during their rotation. During the rotational movement, the rotary pistons are sealed against one another, against the pump housing and against the lining. Disposed in the pump housing and/or in the lining, in the spatial vicinity of the inlet and/or the outlet, are means with which the pulsation can be reduced or even completely prevented.
Abstract:
A stator for a pump, in particular for a rotary piston pump or an eccentric screw pump, having a base body, wherein the base body surrounds a pumping area for a rotor arrangement of the pump, includes a support body and a running body, and the running body configures a running surface for at least partial contact with the rotor arrangement of the pump, wherein the support body and the running body includes a common material and wherein a material density of the material of the support body and a material density of the material of the running body are configured differently from one another, so that a different elasticity and/or a different hardness of the material is achieved in the support body and in the running body by means of the differently configured material densities. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such a stator.
Abstract:
A stator-rotor system of an eccentric screw pump including a rotor with a rotor screw and a stator with an internal thread. The stator includes a support element and an elastomer part. The support element surrounds the elastomer part in sections around the whole circumference. The stator-rotor system includes a mechanism for adjusting the stator, having two adjustment elements arranged on the stator-rotor system, which are distance-variable relative to one another. In a first working position the two adjustment elements have a first distance from one another and in a second working position, a second distance. The cross-section and the length of the elastomer part of the stator in the second working position are changed compared to the cross-section and the length of the elastomer part in the first working position.
Abstract:
A rotary piston pump equipped with a motor having two counter-rotating rotary pistons. The two rotary pistons are housed in an oval pump housing. The two rotary pistons are arranged on a first output shaft and a second output shaft. The first output shaft and the second output shaft are driven and synchronized via at least one elastic element.
Abstract:
A shaft slide ring seal arrangement including a shaft, which has a first and second end, and a slide ring seal, which includes a shaft slide ring connected non-rotatably to the shaft, the axial displaceability whereof is limited at least in the direction of the first end of the shaft by a limiting element, and a slide ring arrangement arranged at a radial distance from the shaft, which slide ring arrangement lies, at a side of the shaft slide ring pointing towards the second end of the shaft, axially adjacent thereto, as well as a retaining ring supported on the shaft, the axial displaceability whereof is limited at least in the direction of the second end of the shaft and which centers the slide ring arrangement, on its side facing away from the shaft slide ring, with respect to the shaft.
Abstract:
A coupling element for connecting a helix-shaped eccentric screw pump rotor to a drive shaft, with a drive shaft receiving portion and a rotor connecting portion arranged opposite, which is constituted as a hollow cylinder for receiving a rotor end, wherein the hollow cylinder has at least two inner circumferential surfaces which are complementary to the rotor and have a radius which is fixed with respect to the cross-sectional center of the hollow cylinder.
Abstract:
A feeding device for an in-line screw machine with a shaft rotating in a feed container. A conveying screw is arranged in the direction toward the longitudinal axis of the rotating shaft. At least one disk wheel is allocated to each longitudinal side in the feed container. A separate drive is allocated to each disk wheel for purposes of rotational movement.
Abstract:
