    摘要: A multi-download structure and a method of downloading information to one or more mobile communications terminals is provided. The structure includes an input unit for inputting download terms. A user download executing unit displays the inputted download terms and model information of mounted terminals on a screen and integrally controls/manages a multi-downloading operation. A plurality of lower download executing units, in which terminal model information has been registered, individually execute download operations to each mounted terminal. A medium unit receives the download terms and the terminal model information from the user download executing unit, automatically selects a model of the terminal to be downloaded, automatically calls the plurality of lower download executing units corresponding to the selected terminal models, and executes the multi-downloading operation.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an image stabilization mechanism for a camera module. The image stabilization mechanism includes a base, a movable stage receiving a lens barrel therein and having a magnet, and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator is installed to the base, moves the movable stage in an X-axis or Y-axis direction to remove shake of the lens barrel, and maintains contact with the movable stage because of magnetic attractive force between the piezoelectric actuator and the magnet. The image stabilization mechanism reduces the number of components, thus simplifying the structure and minimizing an increase in height.

An elastic member include the friction member, and inserted into the through hole of the piezoelectric actuator, and applying the vibrations to the friction member.

The lens barrel includes a lens. An actuating means is provided at a first position in the installation space of the housing in an optical axial direction. The actuating means is connected to the lens barrel to move the lens barrel. A base magnet is provided at a second position in the installation space of the housing. A lens magnet is mounted to the outer surface of the lens barrel at a position facing the base magnet to generate a repulsive force between the lens magnet and the base magnet.

    摘要: A lens driving device includes a lens barrel having a lens holder and an extension part extended from the lens holder. The device also includes a piezoelectric vibrator with a piezoelectric body flexed and bent in response to power application with a friction member in contact with the extension part, thereby providing driving power for transporting the lens barrel. The device further includes a preload member having a free end in resilient contact with a rear end of the piezoelectric body to compress the piezoelectric vibrator against the extension part and a guiding part for guiding the transport of the lens barrel in the optical axis direction. This allows a simplified and miniaturized structure, a large transport range with low input power to achieve excellent resolution of positioning, minimal loss of driving power, simplified mechanism for guiding the transport of the lens, and accurate and stable transport of the lens.

    摘要: The piezoelectric vibrator includes the piezoelectric bar having a plurality of piezoelectric plates alternately stacked and a plurality of vibration sectors divided vertically and horizontally with respect to the direction in which the piezoelectric plates are stacked. Electrode terminals are formed on each of surface regions of the piezoelectric plate, divided in a longitudinal direction thereof, and jump terminals corresponding to electrode terminals are formed on a surface of an adjacent one of the piezoelectric plates. On side surfaces of the piezoelectric plates, a plurality of side electrodes are formed, connecting the electrode terminals and the corresponding jump terminals to power the vibration sectors, by which a pair of the vibration sectors diagonally disposed from each other are simultaneously powered.     摘要: Forming a capacitor of a semiconductor device includes forming an interlayer dielectric having holes over a semiconductor substrate. A conductive layer is then formed on surfaces of the holes and on the upper surface of the interlayer dielectric. A silicon-containing conductive layer is formed by flowing a silicon source gas for the semiconductor substrate formed with the conductive layer, so that silicon atoms can penetrate into the conductive layer. The silicon-containing conductive layer prevents etchant from infiltrating the interlayer dielectric below the silicon-containing conductive layer.
