Abstract: An energy management controller acquires, for each of power lines in a demand area, from devices, measurement data relating to a power value measured by each device. The energy management controller selects, when power values are measured from a single power line, one power value as a power value measured from the power line, based on a priority assigned beforehand to each device. Then, the energy management controller manages power consumed in the demand area using the power value measured from each power line. Furthermore, the energy management controller causes an operation terminal to display, in a predetermined mode, information indicating the power value measured from each power line.

The controller is configured to control the unit based on a response to the query from the terminal device.

Abstract: A device information acquirer acquires device information of each electrical device of a plurality of electrical devices from a control apparatus. A device information display associates and displays on a screen an identifier, an expected installation location, and a device state for each electrical device based on the device information of each electrical device acquired by the device information acquirer. The device information acquirer acquires from the control apparatus the device state information of an electrical device of interest newly collected by the control apparatus after the electrical device installed at the expected installation location of the electrical device of interest is operated by the user. The device information display explicitly shows on the screen whether the device state of the electrical device has changed due to the operation by the user based on the device state information of the electrical device of interest acquired by the device information acquirer.

The device controller is configured to control the control target device to change the power consumption of the control target device so that the value of the total power consumption changes to a value having a level where the electricity storage apparatus supplies the power to the load devices when the value of the total power consumption acquired by the power monitor is at a level where the power is not supplied from the electricity storage apparatus to the electrical devices.

Abstract: A prediction value calculator calculates a prediction value of an electricity fee based on the amount of electric power supplied from a commercial electric power source to electric equipment within an electricity fee calculation period. A selector selects, as a first-stage control, either one control of an electric power saving control for the electric equipment and a charge-discharge control in which the electric power supplied from the commercial electric power source is stored in a storage battery in a first time slot and the electric power stored in the storage battery is supplied to the electric equipment in a second time slot in which the unit cost of the electric power supplied from the commercial electric power source is greater than that in the first time slot. A controller executes the first-stage control selected by the selector when the prediction value calculated by the prediction value calculator is greater than a targeted value of the electricity fee.
