    摘要: A component mounter comprising a head placement section on which rotary heads for exchange are placed and a nozzle placement section on which suction nozzles for exchange are placed. A rotary head is exchangeably held on a head holding unit moved by a head moving device, and a suction nozzle is exchangeably held on a rotary head. The component mounter including a control device that controls the operation holding the rotary head on a head placement section and the operation for the suction nozzle on a nozzle placement section to be held by rotary head. By this, automatic exchange of rotary head and automatic exchange of suction nozzle by appropriately selecting them and the time required for exchanging rotary head or suction nozzle can be shortened, thus the operation rate of a component mounter can be improved.

    摘要: An anti-counterfeit latent image formation object for bills, bank notes, urity papers, credit cards, passports, valuable printing matters, and the like comprising a main body, a plurality projections and recesses means formed on the main body in such a manner as to exhibit various kinds of patterns, in which the various kinds of patterns comprise straight image lines forming a pattern, a relief pattern, or a combination of the pattern and the relief pattern; a plurality of straight lines printed on an upper surface of the projections and recesses at predetermined spaces, the straight lines being printed in different colors from that of the main body itself. The patterns consisting of letters, figures, etc. can be visually recognized only when the anti-counterfeit latent image formation object is viewed from an adequate angle. A method for making the anti-counterfeit latent image formation object is also disclosed.

    摘要: When a mounting head is moved upward of a rear side conveyor across and over a front side conveyor after a component suction operation, it is determined whether or not there is a possibility that a component sucked by a suction nozzle may interfere with a component mounted on a circuit board on the front side conveyor. When so determined, a head lifting mechanism is caused to lift up the mounting head to a position where the component sucked by the suction nozzle does not interfere with the mounted component.
