A clutch for a motor driven antenna according to the present invention includes a driving member rotated by a driving motor, a driven member for transmitting a rotating force of the driving member to an antenna element, and a clutch element for frictionally transmitting the rotating force of the driving member to the driven member. The clutch element includes recesses formed on a rotating track of one of opposing sides of the driving member and driven member, projections formed on a rotating track of the other side so as to be fitted into the recesses when the driving member and the driven member are rotated relative to each other, and anti-slip members protruded near the recesses such that a sliding frictional force caused at the tip end contact portions of the projections exceeds a maximum load of the antenna element including the driven member when the antenna element is extended or retracted.

An Au plated film 12 is formed on the surface of a plate-formed metal base 13 composed of a metal less noble than Au, and the product is cut along a planned cutting line 18 reflecting a contour of a desired component, to thereby form a separator 10. Thus-formed separator 10 has the Au plated film 12 formed on the main surface 10a thereof, and has a cutting plane 16 formed as an end face 16 stretched up to the main surface 10a. The metal base 13 exposes in a part of the cutting plane 16, in a width of the exposed region of 1 mm or less. This is successful in providing a metal component for fuel cell which is satisfactory in the corrosion resistance and allows easy fabrication at low costs, a method of manufacturing the same, and also in providing a fuel cell having thus-fabricated metal component for fuel cell.

An apparatus that controls the light irradiation angle of a headlamp of vehicles including a feed screw rotatable by a motor, a movable piece that makes a reciprocating motion by the feed screw, an output shaft attached to the movable piece at one end and linked to a headlamp at another end so that the illumination angle of the headlamp is controlled by the advancing and withdrawing motion of the output shaft. The apparatus further includes an irradiation angle initial setting mechanism that is connected to the movable piece so that the irradiation angle can be set manually by adjusting the position of linkage of the headlamp and the output shaft via the movable piece. With this structure, any initial setting of the headlamp angle can be accomplished regardless of the type of vehicles via a compact and simple structure.
