摘要: An electrical machine may include a comprise a rotor, a stator, a coolant distributor chamber and a coolant collector chamber. The rotor may be rotated about an axis of rotation that defines an axial direction of the electrical machine. The stator may comprise a plurality of stator windings. The coolant collector chamber may be axially arranged at a distance from the coolant distributor chamber. The coolant distributor chamber may communicate fluidically with the coolant collector chamber by way of least one cooling channel through which a coolant can flow. The at least one cooling channel and the at least one stator winding may be embedded in a plastic mass consisting of an electrically insulating plastic for thermal coupling to the coolant.

The plastic mass is arranged together with the cooling channel and the stator winding in an intermediate space formed between two stator teeth arranged adjacent in the circumferential direction and sections of cooling channel are configured as a tube body within the intermediate space.

摘要: An electrical machine may include a rotor rotatable about an axis of rotation which defines an axial direction, a stator including a plurality of stator windings, a coolant collector chamber, and a coolant distributor chamber fluidically communicating with the coolant collector chamber via at least one cooling duct. At least one stator winding may be embedded into a plastic compound composed of an electrically insulating plastic. The stator may further include a stator body having a space. The at least one cooling duct may be arranged in the stator body and may be at least partially defined by at least one aperture disposed in the stator body through which the coolant is flowable. The at least one aperture may open towards the space and may be closed in a fluid-tight manner via the plastic compound.

The electric machine includes a rotor rotatable about an axis of rotation that defines an axial direction of the electric machine, and a stator including stator windings. A coolant distributor chamber and a coolant collector chamber are provided, and arranged with an axial spacing to one another. The coolant distributor chamber fluidically communicates with the coolant collector chamber for cooling the stator windings via at least one cooling channel that can be flowed through by a coolant. At least one of the stator windings is embedded into a plastics compound composed of an electrically insulating plastic for thermal coupling.

At least one stator winding is embedded in an electrically insulating plastic for thermal coupling, the electrically insulating plastic is arranged, together with the at least one stator winding, in an intermediate space, which is formed between two stator teeth adjacent in the circumferential direction, and the electrically insulating plastic is formed by a first plastic mass of a first plastic material and a second plastic mass of a second plastic material.
