Abstract: A method and apparatus for generating and retrieving information that is associated with a victim is provided herein. During operation, a medic will provide a picture of a victim's face to a server along with the information associated with the diagnosis and/or treatment of the victim. At a future time, if a second medic wishes to retrieve the information associated with the victim, the second medic will again provide a picture of the victim's face to the server. In response, the server will provide the information to the second medic.
