Abstract: A probe device includes a probe that detects a state of a rotary shaft, a probe holding member having a first end fixed to a bearing portion, in which the probe is fixed to the first end, a cylindrical guide sleeve inserted into a communication hole of a casing, a second end of the probe holding member being inserted into the cylindrical guide sleeve, and a plurality of elastic support members disposed at an interval in an extending direction of the probe holding member between the second end of the probe holding member and an inner peripheral surface of the guide sleeve, and formed of an elastic material to form an annular shape extending along an outer peripheral surface of the probe holding member.

Abstract: A method for measuring a pre-twist amount of a blade includes a spreading dimension acquiring step, a misalignment acquiring step, a correcting step, and a pre-twist amount acquiring step. In the spreading dimension acquiring step, circumferential spreading dimensions of each shroud-of two rotor blades are acquired. In the misalignment acquiring step, a misalignment amount in the direction of the axis between the shrouds of two rotor blades adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction is measured. In the correcting step, the spreading dimension acquired in the spreading dimension acquiring step is corrected on the basis of the misalignment amount acquired by the misalignment acquiring step. In the pre-twist amount acquiring step, the pre-twist amount of the blade is acquired on the basis of the spreading dimension corrected in the correcting step.

Abstract: The measuring jig for the rotary machine is a measuring jig for a rotary machine including a casing that extending about an axis, a rotor that is disposed in the casing and extends in an axial direction about the axis, and a plurality of bearings that are disposed at intervals in the axial direction and supports the rotor in the casing. The measuring jig includes a plurality of casing fixing portions that are respectively attachable to and detachable from bearing holding portions to which the bearings are attached in the casing; a main member that extends in the axial direction so as to connect the plurality of casing fixing portions to each other; an arm that extends from the main member in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the axial direction; and a reference surface that is disposed at a distance from a measurement target part of the casing.

Abstract: A steam turbine includes a casing which is dividable and of which both ends are open, and a bundle accommodated in the casing. The bundle includes a rotor, a plurality of diaphragms which can be divided, a bundle casing to which the diaphragm is fixed inside thereof, and a bearing portion fixed to an inside of the bundle casing on an outside of the diaphragm, and a seal portion fixed to the inside of the bundle casing between the diaphragm and the bearing portion. The bundle casing can be attached and detached to and from the casing in a state of holding the rotor, the diaphragm, the bearing portion, and the seal portion.

Abstract: A steam turbine includes a rotor, a casing, a partition plate, and a center guide pin. The center guide pin has a positioning portion. In a state of being attached to a pin attachment portion formed in one of the casing and the partition plate, the positioning portion is disposed in a groove portion formed in the other of the casing and the partition plate. The positioning portion includes a plurality of abutment portions capable of abutting on an inner side surface of the groove portion, around a pin axis. The plurality of abutment portions is formed to have different horizontal distances from the pin axis.
