Abstract: A method of molding composite materials including shaping a laminate having fiber sheets laminated over one another, by bending the laminate in an X-direction and a Y-direction, in a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system. The method further includes mounting the laminate that has been shaped, onto a mold material deformed in a Z-direction, impregnating a resin material into the laminate while adjusting an amount of the resin material filled in, and molding the composite materials that have cured such that the composite materials are shaped to have a first inclined surface inclined at a first inclination angle with respect to a reference plane in the Z-direction. The mold material has a first inclination molding surface that molds the first inclined surface, and a second inclination molding surface that molds a surface of the composite materials into a second inclined surface having a second inclination angle smaller than the first inclination angle.

Abstract: A fiber-reinforced composite material molding apparatus includes a molding die, a bagging film that seals a fiber base material in the molding die to form a hermetically sealed space, an intake line that depressurizes the hermetically sealed space, and a resin injection line that injects a resin material into the fiber base material. The molding die includes a main body portion including a main groove that extends along a longitudinal direction and is connected to the resin injection line, lateral grooves that are formed at a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction and extend along a width direction, and a step portion that extends along the longitudinal direction and is disposed between the main groove and the lateral grooves, and a lid portion that extends along the longitudinal direction, is disposed being in contact with the step portion to cover the main groove, and forms a part of a molding surface. The main body portion includes a communication groove through which the main groove is communicated with the lateral grooves.

Abstract: A molding jig for molding a laminate, which includes reinforced fiber sheets laminated on each other, extends in the length direction, and has a cross-sectional shape having a curved portion in a cross section obtained by cutting the laminate on a plane orthogonal to the length direction, into a three-dimensional shape having a bent portion in the length direction. The molding jig includes a female die for forming the bent portion, a male die for engaging with the female die with the laminate therebetween for forming the bent portion, and a stretchable supporting member between the female die and the laminate. The laminate comes in contact with the male die on both length-direction sides of the molded bent portion, and the supporting member is over a region including the female-side molding surface.

Abstract: A method for molding a composite material obtained by laying up a fiber-reinforced base material includes: disposing a lay-up in which the fiber-reinforced base material is laid up, on a molding surface of a molding jig; covering the lay-up with a film to hermetically seal the lay-up; supplying resin toward the lay-up from a resin supplying unit; sucking atmosphere in the film from a degassing waterproof unit while blocking the resin in the film from passing to impregnate the lay-up with the resin; and discharging the resin in the film from a resin discharging unit after the lay-up is impregnated with the resin. The resin supplying unit is provided on the film side. The degassing waterproof unit is provided on the molding surface side and along one direction in a plane perpendicular to a laying-up direction of the lay-up. The resin discharging unit is provided at the film side.

Abstract: A forming method of a cylindrical composite material includes layering a plurality of composite material sheets in a cylindrical shape with splices formed between ends of adjacent composite material sheets such that phases of the splices in a circumferential direction differ from each other; heating the composite material sheets layered at the layering while pressurizing the composite material sheets in a state where the layered composite material sheets are disposed along an inner surface of a composite material cylindrical mold to cause a resin included in the composite material sheets to react to combine the composite material sheets to be formed in a cylindrical shape; and performing an adhesion pretreatment that is performed before the heating and allows the inner surface of the composite material cylindrical mold to adhere to an outermost composite material sheet of the layered composite material sheets.

Abstract: A method for molding a laminated body includes laminating a reinforced fiber base material on a molding surface of a molding jig to form a laminated body; attaching a pulling jig to a third lamination portion of the laminated body; forming a protrusive curvature part and a recessed curvature part in the laminated body by curving the laminated body along a protrusive curvature surface and a recessed curvature surface formed on the molding surface while pulling the end of the laminated body with the pulling jig; and densifying the laminated body by heating the curved laminated body while pressurizing the same. The reinforced fiber base material is laminated so that at least a part of a gap between layers of the reinforced fiber base material becomes a non-adhered state in a portion from the protrusive curvature part to the third lamination portion formed in the laminated body.

The bonding surface includes an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the thickness direction of the patch main body.
