摘要： A time average peak value of low frequency magnetic noise or low frequency conductive noise generated from a power supply device which drives a Hall thruster is suppressed without mass of a satellite significantly increased. A pulse width control circuit (22) of a Hall thruster power supply device (10) outputs a spread signal (58) obtained by performing spread spectrum on a pulse signal based on a control signal (54). A voltage output circuit (21) outputs output voltage (52) to a Hall thruster (50) in accordance with the spread signal (58) output by the pulse width control circuit (22).

摘要： Gas insulated electrical equipment includes: a metal enclosure having an insulating gas introduced therein; a conductor that is accommodated inside the metal enclosure and to which voltage is applied; and an insulating and supporting member insulating and supporting the conductor relative to the metal enclosure. The conductor is circumferentially covered with a dielectric film, and furthermore, a nonlinear resistance film provided on the dielectric film and having a nonlinear volume resistivity decreasing when the nonlinear resistance film is acted on by an electric field higher than a critical value.

摘要： A power supply device (104-1) includes a substrate (20) on which an electric component (25) is mounted, a chassis (10) having a chassis surface (11) and a threaded part (10a), a chassis-side resin part (91) connected to a back surface (20a) and the chassis surface (11), a fixation screw (29), and an insulating member (60). The fixation screw (29) fixes both the electric component (25) and the substrate (20) to the chassis (10) by screw-coupling an end part (29c) of the fixation screw (29), exposed in a direction toward the chassis (10) from an open hole formed through the insulating member (60), to the threaded part (10a) of the chassis (10). In addition, the fixation screw (29) brings the electric component (25) and the chassis (10) into electrical noncontact with each other by being placed in an open hole of the insulating member (60).

摘要： A gas-insulated electrical device includes a covering film covering an inner surface of a ground tank filled with an insulation gas. The covering film is formed of an insulation dielectric covering film that becomes more positively charged than metals in a triboelectric series, and becomes positively charged upon contact with metal foreign matter. At the same time, the metal foreign matter becomes negatively charged upon contact with the covering film. In a case where the high-voltage conductor is charged to a negative polarity, a Coulomb's force acts on the metal foreign matter in contact with the covering film in a direction away from the high-voltage conductor. The metal foreign matter in the ground tank is thus suppressed from floating.
