    Abstract: A stand light including a telescoping body defining a central longitudinal axis and including a main center shaft, an extension pole extendable out of the main center shaft, and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. The stand light further includes a head assembly supported by the extension pole. The head assembly includes a light head, a support arm coupled to the light head, and a light source supported on a face of the light head. A plurality of legs are pivotally coupled to the body and movable with the sleeve. The light head is rotatable relative to the support arm about a first axis that is perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis. The light head is rotatable to a first position where the light source is directed toward the extension pole, and to a second position where the light source is directed away from the extension pole.

    Abstract: A stand light includes a telescoping body having a main center shaft, an extension pole extendable out of the main center shaft, and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. A head assembly is supported by the extension pole and includes a light source. A plurality of legs is pivotally coupled to the body and is movable with the sleeve from a collapsed position to an extended position, in which distal ends of the plurality of legs are moved away from the body. When the plurality of legs is in the collapsed position, side portions of the plurality of legs come together to form a handle configured to be grasped by a user.

    Abstract: A light stand includes a telescoping assembly having a longitudinal axis, a light selectively coupled to the telescoping assembly, and a support assembly having legs coupled to the telescoping assembly. The support assembly is moveable between a collapsed position and an operating position. The light stand further includes a positioning linkage coupled between the light and the telescoping assembly for enabling the light to be oriented in a variety of positions. The positioning linkage includes a first adjustment axis about which the light rotates. The first adjustment axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The positioning linkage further includes a second adjustment axis about which the light rotates. The second adjustment linkage is perpendicular to the first adjustment axis. The positioning linkage further includes a third adjustment axis about which the light rotates. The third adjustment axis is perpendicular to a length of the positioning linkage.

    Abstract: A light assembly for attachment to a surface of a vehicle includes a light head having a light including a flood light mode and a spot light mode, a light head terminal in electrical communication with the light, and a first mounting structure. A vehicle base is configured to be removably coupled to the surface of the vehicle.     Abstract: A miter saw includes a base assembly and a saw unit pivotably coupled to the base assembly. The saw unit includes a saw blade and an upper blade guard covering an upper portion of the saw blade. The miter saw also includes a cut line indicator coupled to the upper blade guard. The cut line indicator includes a light source, a cover positioned between the saw blade and the light source, a housing in which the light source is positioned, a rib coupled to one of the cover or the housing, and a first slot defined in the other of the cover or the housing. The cover includes a second slot through which light from the light source passes to illuminate opposite sides of the saw blade and a work piece supported upon the base assembly, thereby casting a shadow of the saw blade onto the work piece. The rib is receivable within the first slot to align the second slot with the saw blade.
