    Abstract: Method and user equipment (UE) are provided for scheduling with multiple cells. In particular, a UE can connect to a plurality of cells in a network. The UE can determine a specific slot for receiving a CSI-RS from a first cell. An index of the specific slot is n+X+L while n is an index of a slot for receiving a DCI from a second cell, X is a slot offset for triggering the CSI-RS and L includes parameters associated with SCSs of the first cell and the second cell. The UE can receive the CSI-RS from the first cell in the specific slot.

    Abstract: Various solutions for improvement of scheduling multi-cell PUSCH/PDSCH transmission with a single DCI are described. An apparatus may receive a DCI scheduling cells from a network node. The DCI includes at least one of a first DCI, a second DCI, and a third DCI. The apparatus may determine a DCI size budget of the DCI counted in one cell. The apparatus may perform a DCI decoding according to the DCI size budget and perform a PDSCH reception or a PUSCH transmission with at least one cell based on the DCI. The first DCI includes a common bit field, a first specific bit field and a plurality of designated bit fields corresponding to the cells, the second DCI includes the common bit field, a second specific bit field and a first part of the designated bit fields, and the third DCI includes a second part of the designated bit fields.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide an electronic device including processing circuitry and a method for radio resource management (RRM) measurements. The processing circuitry determines, based on a signal received in a serving cell for the electronic device, a location and mobility of the electronic device. The electronic device is in one of a first state and a second state for RRM measurements. A normal level of RRM measurements is implemented for one or more neighboring cells when the electronic device is in the first state, and a relaxed level of RRM measurements is implemented for the one or more neighboring cells when the electronic device is in the second state. The processing circuitry determines whether the electronic device is to be switched from the one of the first state and the second state to another of the first state and the second state based on the mobility and the location.

    Abstract: Various solutions for power saving for New Radio (NR) carrier aggregation in mobile communications are described. An apparatus receives, from a wireless network, a trigger signal. The apparatus switches between a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second BWP of at least two BWPs for a secondary cell (SCell) in response to receiving the trigger signal. No physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring is configured for the first BWP while PDCCH monitoring is configured for the second BWP.

    Abstract: A method of UE power profile adaptation to traffic and UE power consumption characteristics based on power profile is proposed. In one preferred embodiment, hybrid of bandwidth part (BWP) and power profile is proposed. UE is configured with multiple BWPs and each BWP includes a set of power profiles. Two types of adaptation triggering can be used, a first type of trigger is based on power saving signals sent from the network, and the second type of trigger is based on timers. When the traffic characteristic for UE changes, the network can send a power saving signal to UE to trigger power profile adaptation, e.g., BWP+power profile switching. When traffic has been digested and becomes sporadic, then power profile adaptation can be triggered based on timers, e.g., a timer for BWP adaptation and another timer for power profile adaptation.
