摘要: A cooler passivation process for a coolant cooler of a cooler device mounted in a motor vehicle A cooler device with a coolant cooler is provided, the latter having at least one aluminum cooling channel with a cooler surface provided with flux. The cooler device is provided in a motor vehicle and is then put into operation with at least one fuel cell of the motor vehicle. In order to form a passivation layer on the coolant cooler, according to the invention a previously provided aqueous passivation solution is formed from passivation layer forming material and fuel cell wastewater is applied to the cooler surface, provided with the flux, of the at least one aluminum cooling channel, the passivation solution reacting with the cooler surface, provided with the flux, of the at least one aluminum cooling channel while thermal energy provided by the coolant cooler is supplied, forming a passivation layer.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a fuel cell system, comprising a cooling circuit for cooling at least one fuel cell, wherein a coolant circulating in the cooling circuit is cooled with a coolant cooler, which also has air flowing through it. The air is supplied by a fan assembly. The fuel cell system also comprises an evaporative cooling unit, which, upstream of the coolant cooler, introduces water into the air supplied by the fan assembly. An increased efficiency of the fuel cell system alongside sufficient cooling of the at least one fuel cell is achieved in that the evaporative cooling unit introduces water at a maximum rate before the fan assembly reaches its maximum air mass flow. The invention also relates to a fuel cell system of this type, as well as a motor vehicle comprising a fuel cell system of this type.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for sprinkling a heat exchanger of a fuel cell vehicle with a fluid. The heat exchanger comprises a sprinkling surface and at least one group with at least one part surface. All part surfaces of all groups together fully represent the sprinkling surface.
In the method, all part surfaces of the group are sprinkled with the fluid within a sprinkling period and not sprinkled within a drying period.
The invention also relates to a sprinkling system for carrying out the method.
