Abstract: A connection structure connects an electronic board and another electronic board by a flat cable. An inclined part of the flat cable is linearly formed in an A-direction inclined relative to an X-direction and a Y-direction. In the inclined part, ridge fold lines that protrude toward the surface on a Z1 side and valley fold lines that protrude toward the surface on a Z2 side are formed along a B-direction that is orthogonal to the A-direction. A connector connected to the flat cable in the electronic board and another connector connected to the flat cable in another electronic board have shapes elongated in the X-direction, and the positions of the connector and the another connector are shifted in the X-direction and the Y-direction.

Abstract: An information device and a cover that are suitable for forming design marks on a soft material and enhance the appearance quality. The cover includes: a core as a base; an auxiliary sheet closer to a surface than the core; a surface material closer to the surface than the auxiliary sheet, the surface material being softer than the core; and a design mark part including a baseplate and a design mark protruding from the baseplate. The baseplate is disposed in a plate recessed portion having a shape corresponding to a contour of the baseplate and disposed in a surface of the core. The design mark is exposed to the surface through design mark holes in the auxiliary sheet and the surface material, the design mark holes having a contour shape of the design mark. The auxiliary sheet covers at least the contour of the baseplate and the plate recessed portion.

Abstract: Devices and methods are provided for connecting device cover components. In general, the devices and methods can allow first and second covers of an electronic device to be connected together at a plurality of attachment points without any gap space between the first and second covers at the attachment points. In an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device can include a housing that has first and second covers attached to one another at a plurality of attachment points. The first cover can be formed from a first material, and the second cover can be formed from a second, different material. The first material can be a softer material than the second material, which can allow the second cover to penetrate into and deform the first cover during manufacturing of the housing such that no gap space is present between the first and second covers at each of the attachment points.

Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a bottom cover, a main board provided with a stud, a screw, a washer, and a sponge. The screw has a head portion having a diameter larger than that of an attachment hole, a male screw portion configured to be screwed into a first female screw portion, and a columnar portion having a diameter smaller than a root diameter of the male screw portion. The washer has a flange portion having a diameter larger than that of the attachment hole, a cylindrical portion having a diameter smaller than that of the attachment hole, and a second female screw portion which the male screw portion is screwable into and passable through. The head portion abuts on the bottom cover to fix the bottom cover by the male screw portion. The flange portion is between the stud and the bottom cover.
