    Abstract: A mobile robot may include a controller configured to set a virtual boundary based on position information determined by a terminal or a position sensor in an area, and to set an area of any one side of the boundary as a traveling area. The controller may control a traveling unit so that a main body moves within the traveling area without moving outside the boundary. Accordingly, the controller may easily set the boundary using the position information, and may control traveling of the mobile robot by setting the traveling area formed by the boundary. The controller may correct a position error, may reflect information on obstacles in setting the traveling area to set a traveling area appropriate for a traveling environment of the mobile robot, and/or may easily change the set traveling area.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a moving robot, a control method thereof, and a moving robot system. A moving robot according to the present disclosure includes a main body, a traveling unit configured to move the main body, a communication unit configured to communicate with a terminal and a location information transmitter, and a control unit configured to set a travel area using location information based on a signal received from the location information transmitter. The control unit is configured to recognize a location of the terminal. When location information regarding a target point within the boundary, pointed by the terminal at the recognized location, is received, the control unit is configured to store the location information. Also, the control unit is configured to control a traveling unit to move in the travel area while avoiding a predetermined area comprising coordinates matching the stored location information.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a communication device and an electronic device having the same. A communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: first to third antennas arranged to be spaced different distances from each other; first to third transceiving units; and a processor for controlling the first to third transceiving units, wherein the processor calculates a first phase difference on the basis of a difference between a first reception signal received by the first antenna and a second reception signal received by the second antenna, calculates a second phase difference on the basis of a difference between the first reception signal received by the first antenna and a third reception signal received by the third antenna, and calculates location information of an external communication device on the basis of the first phase difference and the second phase difference. Therefore, the present invention can accurately calculate the location information of the external communication device.
