摘要: Disclosed is an organic light emitting diode (OLED) comprising at least one emitting unit that includes a first compound, which may have a bipolar property, a second compound, which may have a delayed fluorescent property, and a third compound, which may have narrow FWHM (full width at half maximum) and a fluorescent property, and an organic light emitting device including the OLED. Further the compounds have defined relative LUMO and HOMO energies. The OLED and the organic light emitting device has enhanced luminous efficiency, color purity and luminous life span as well as low driving voltage.

摘要: An organic compound including a carbazolyl moiety having a p-type property, a dibenzofuranyl or dibenzothiophenyl moiety having an n-type property and further substituted with a dibenzofuranyl or dibenzothiophenyl moiety is disclosed. An organic light emitting diode and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound are also disclosed. The organic compound has excellent thermal resistance and a high energy level due to the combination of fused hetero aromatic rings. Therefore, the organic light emitting diode and the organic light emitting device including the organic compound show excellent luminous efficiency and an improved luminous lifetime.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic light emitting device including the organic compound. The organic compound includes a triazine moiety of an electron acceptor and a fused hetero aromatic moiety of an electron donor separated from the triazine moiety. The organic compound includes the electron acceptor moiety and the electron donor moiety in a single molecule, thus charges can be moved in the molecule. Also, since the organic compound includes the rigid fused hetero aromatic ring, three dimensional conformation of the organic compound is limited, and therefore the compound may have excellent luminous efficiency and color purity.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic emitting layer between the first and second electrodes. The organic emitting layer includes a first emitting part between the first and second electrodes, a second emitting part between the first emitting part and the second electrode, and a charge generation layer between the first emitting part and the second emitting part. The charge generation layer includes an n-type charge generation layer between the first emitting part and the second emitting part, and a p-type charge generation layer between the n-type charge generation layer and the second emitting part. The p-type charge generation layer has a multi-layered structure, where an organic charge generation material layer and an inorganic charge generation material layer are alternately stacked.
