Abstract: A transparent display device is provided, which may reduce or minimize loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line, and may detect a defective touch sensor. The device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area, a plurality of touch sensors respectively provided in the plurality of transmissive areas, including a touch sensor electrode, a plurality of pixels provided in the non-transmissive area, including a plurality of subpixels, a plurality of driving transistors respectively connected to the plurality of subpixels, a plurality of touch transistors respectively connected to the plurality of touch sensors, and a reference line applying a reference voltage to the plurality of driving transistors in accordance with a control signal or transferring a voltage of each of the plurality of touch sensors to an analog-to-digital converter through the plurality of touch transistors.

The transparent display device with a touch sensor comprises a substrate provided with a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area, a touch sensor provided in the transmissive area over the substrate, including a touch sensor electrode, a pixel provided in the non-transmissive area over the substrate, including a plurality of light emitting elements comprised of an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode, a first signal line extended from the non-transmissive area in a first direction, a first touch line provided between the first signal line and the transmissive area, and a second touch line provided between the first touch line and the transmissive area. The first touch line is disposed to have a first spaced distance from the first signal line, the second touch line is disposed to have a second spaced distance from the first touch line, and the first spaced distance may be greater than the second spaced distance.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of pixels, a circuit element layer provided on the substrate and provided with an auxiliary electrode, an insulating layer provided on the circuit element layer and provided with a plurality of connection electrodes spaced apart from one another and a first trench, a fence structure provided on the plurality of connection electrodes, an organic light emitting layer provided on the fence structure, and a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer, wherein the plurality of connection electrodes are electrically connected with the auxiliary electrode, at least one of the plurality of connection electrodes is exposed from the first trench, and the second electrode is in contact with a connection electrode exposed from the first trench. Therefore, a luminance difference between an outer portion of a panel and a center portion of the panel may be reduced.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes an organic light emitting display panel including a display area having a transparent area and an opaque area, and a non-display area. A gate driver is configured to sequentially supply a gate pulse to a plurality of gate lines included in the organic light emitting display panel. An initialization circuit is configured to transfer gate pulses or initialization control signals, output from the gate driver, to a plurality of transparent area gate lines. A camera is configured to photograph a region in a forward direction with respect to the organic light emitting display panel, and the camera may be provided in the transparent area of a rear surface of the organic light emitting display panel. A first pixel driving circuit provided in the transparent area may differ from a second pixel driving circuit provided in the opaque area.
